The "graphics update" part is one of the more interesting leaks mentioned. What exactly has been updated here? Surely he wasn't talking about the U3 engine modifications since this is old news and everyone knew about this. It wouldn't make sence for him to mention that.

I'm all for Rain being in the game as long as it is more quality content. However, I don't understand why people are surprised that another ninja might get the backburner for another shokan. Everyone says MK needs more females and Sheeva kills 2 birds with one roster spot.

True. Although people usually will not reveal their sources. Then the source would be in trouble and would never provide info again. Other sources would follow suit. Giving up your source is a dick move on many levels. These things sadly have to be taken on a believe it or not basis.

Rain and Sheeva could have BOTH made it in. This isn't the snes version of UMK3 where there weren't enough room and one person had to go. This isn't MK Trilogy 5 with 121 characters already. We're talking about 26 characters, maybe 30, tops.I'm sure the MK team could of handled that.

I have a sneaky suspicion that he will be in the game somehow other than DLC because they are bringing Sheeva back, so Rain deserves a chance ad well.

If this report is correct, everyone made it in from these games with the exception of one-Rain. That doesn't irritate you a little? This isn't about whether or not you like Rain or think he's crap, the fact of the matter is no one should have been left out. If the shoe was on the other foot and it was Stryker, or Nightwolf, or Ermac, or Sheeva who were left out, it would bug the shit out of me.

If Rain could be put in( I think it's too late) then he SHOULD. Not thrown with Robo Smoke, Super Hulk Mileena, and Zombie Sonya as DLC trash. But of course, why should you guys care? But if they didn't, why is it such a stretch that when they sat down and thought "hmm I wonder who should be in it", they got down to the final remaining characters, and said "hmmm it's between these two"...

There's several reasons why Rain might not have made it (that's assuming he hasn't. We've hardly been given proof either way). There's several reason why he should have.
