keeping it short and sweet. stages are awesome, cyrax looks too much like sektor imo but I'm not bothered and kitana looks great her attire is nowhere near as skimpy as mileenas it actually has this belly dancer look to it aside from the sky high heels lol. her hair does look fake I hope it looks better in motion and the fans are pretty bleh compared to earlier designs.

Yea but i find it weird that this site only had about 30-50, maybe more users on, thats isnt that much considering at the time I couldnt enter the site I going on Kotaku, Gamespot, I even checked MKU cause i wanted to see those damn screenshots,(they didnt) and all those sites have a lot of people online.

I was thinking by the time Cyrax was announced he was going to look too similar to Sektor it was going to be shitty. But they really share NO parts a like, ever component and piece on the from head to toe are different. The only similar thing was the hydraulic in the heels. Everything else like the way their chests open to their elbows are different. I'm so happy the way he turned out.

Also take note that the "thing" what supposed to be representing her hair might be battle damage. So far I have seen two different kinds of facial damage on Scorpions right cheek, so I dare bet that perhaps this time they took it themselves and programmed a destructable pony tail.

Costume looks fucking awful. Character became awful long before that, but this stripperific shit utterly annihilated Kitana. Haha.

Cyrax looks different and as such, it is okay. Reminds me of a Mecha-Bruce-Lee.

I'm disappointed with Cyrax's "new" look. The original look of the cyber ninjas is way better than both Sektor and Cryax current look. Mostly the predator mask is a must for these characters, because that is sort of made their look classic.

I can't say much about Kitana because there is only a side view. I was hoping for the MK team to update their classic look, the one that they had been using since MK2, but a different version of the original. Overall I am disappointed with the MK team decision to make the ninja females look too sluty. MK1 to MK: Deadly Alliance to females had a sexy but deadly look, but without showing too much skin.

Wouldnt it be Freaking awesome if Kitana and Mileena (And whoever else is going to have heels, Most likely Jade and Sindel..Dear god I hope not Sonya))

I would have to say that Secktors current costume looks way better than before but I wish they would of given Cyrax his original look, just a little updated it would of looked way better than this one, And I agree that the MK team is making all the females to damn slutty, like wtf? And kitanas hair looks like a blob of flying shit, way to long. I just wish they would make kitanas costume better, shes supposes to be Royal, not slutty. She could of been so better, but I haven't even seen her face and she could be changed so....

I'm excited for Kitana's announcement but I hate the costume. I already talked about it in Kitana's costume thread so I won't bother to repeat it here. Her costume just flat out sucks though.

Cyrax looks decent. Like someone else mentioned I'm not sure I like the roundness and the perfect skull shape for his head. Other than that I don't really have many complaints.

I'm starting to like Cyrax, but don't really like the head.The bell tower looks unfinished aswell as the desert.I like the sands and the detail but I don't like the overall concept at all.

The blood looks awesome.And Kitanas hair makes me horny.I like it.

The stages look great, and I think Cyrax looks decent. I won't be able to tell, for sure, until I get a hi-res render of him. I don't care for Kitana at all.

I personally like Kitana's look. Cyrax looks badass.

One interesting detail about the Sub-Zero vs Reptile screenshot: they appear to be spattered with each other's blood.

Sub-Zero is covered in Reptile's green blood. I thought this might have just been from the acid spit, but Reptile also has little splotches of red blood on him from Sub-Zero. Not to mention the stuff on Sub-Zero is the bluish-green tint of Reptile's blood, not the yellowish-green tint of his spit.

It's great to see both The Belltower and Jade's Desert returning for MK9. Kitana looks wonderfully and Cyrax looks like Sektor which makes me happy also Cyrax's net looks amazing, I can't wait for this game to come out .

yes this has been mentioned before also note that kitana has black oil all over her from cyrax and cyrax also has some blood on him.

I absolutely love the way Sektor looks like he was built for power and intimidation while Cyrax looks streamlined and quick. The way they both play off of each other like that makes them both more badass in my opinion.

I like hearing everyone's opinions on these things. I'm very happy the way the game is shaping up to be, I have no complaints whatsoever.

Just want to point out something about Cyrax, he was the second one to be automated, therefore giving him a sleeker / curvier or futuristic design in comparison to Sektor makes sense.

I agreed with you, at first I thought hmm Cyrax looks skinny but then after looking at it from a technology standpoint the newer versions usually feature sleek designs and when you compare them the old ones look bulky.

as for the stages Im super glad the Bell Tower made it I cant wait to see its fatality.
The Desert looks incredible its waaay better than I expected,heck I already made it my wallpaper and it looks sick.

I certainly hope so. I don't know what the technical problem is but that looks dumb as hell.
