I love how they are adding such detail to each character, really makes me want to see how each other unannounced character plays and looks.

Like i was never really crazy about nightwolf but now he seems really awesome just to watch let alone play.

Thats the stuff im really looking forward to its the attention to detail, which seems like they are nailing so far.

I noticed that too which is crazy, It's surprising not many 360 owners. I've been coming here for about 9 years so I guess people will be having to battle me on Live. And i'll be getting my dick kicked/punched.

Just noticed that Mileena's voice is different. She screams like she's 13. I kinda perfer her sounding more rough & menacing in MKD-MKA. LOL the guy said "I can't tell my mom I killed a lady."

before the new MK9 wave of players, the Pole on what system we were getting it for was easily at around 70% PS3. once the media attracted all the new users to the site, it started evening out.

About 7:3 ration of the MKO veterans are on PS3.

I love this, Always been huge on PS. I remeber training for hours online with MINION and we would just go and rip the ranks apart with our clan at the time of MKD.

Konqrr used to show me a thing or 2 with characters, kombos and juggles. Amazing player aswell. I went to Xbox and tried playing it, It was jsut too easy online.

Not that im bashing 360 owners, but its natural that a cheaper system with access to games like Halo and Gears of war will attract a bigger audience, much of which being young kids who bug their parents for a system, $200 vs $300 hundred obveously contributed to the distribution of Xbox360 to a higher number of youngens than PS would. We had MGS and Killzone. Not exactly as appealing to kids as much as Halo and other games on Xbox.

I Just paid off TWO copies of MK9 on Ps3. First person in my entire region to pre-order form EBGames as I did it merely hours after they were accepting orders. One for both me and my brother. Pretty jacked. But I will end up ordering and paying off a Kollectors Edition should there be one, on both systems.

I wasn't sure which console I was gonna go out and buy, I just figured a 360 cause my sister's boyfriend is on liev and there's a few other games for it that attract me than on PS3
Only thing that turns me off it is I heard it doesn't have a fan built in so it over heats, but that's just what I've heard

All systems come with fans. If they didn't they'd catch fire. Just don't be like most people and leave your Xbox on for 12 hours (someone had theres on for a straight week on my friends list).

I love how Reptile has the super huge force ball, and of course, the whole Scorpion going to hell when he wins thing is just awesome. It leads me to believe that this is what the Hell stage will look like, because I honestly can't see them going to the trouble of creating all of that just so Scorpion can have a cool ending pose.

If that's what it is, then cool, I LOVE the amount of detail they're putting in, but somehow I think that might possibly be a glimpse at something we haven't seen before in terms of levels.

Ok, so you say you don't mean to bash 360 owners, but then go on to say that people who one it are little kids that whine and beg their parents. Good job. Little kids will play any violent shooter, be it Halo and Gears of War on the 360, or Killzone on the PS3.

The only reason to get this on PS3 is due to the better Dpad on the controller. Any other reasons are just fanboy biasm, and personal opinions. With that said, I currently own a 360, but if I do get a PS3 before the game comes out I will prob. get it for that simply due to the Dpad. It's common knowledge that the 360's controller is better for shooters, and the PS3's is better for fighters.

So any other console war mumbo jumbo is just nonsense.

Damn, can't anyone stop making console wars everywhere. It's getting very annoying seeing threads filled with these kind of comments.
Some like Sony, some like M$ and some like Wii. In the end it's just about the games you like. And most importantly, enjoy the games.
And last time I checked, this was a MK site to discuss MK.

I completely agree. I may see if I can find a cheap madcatz 360 controller. I think I remember a madcatz controller that had a fairly decent dpad. Of course I absolutely loved the ps1,2,3 dpads for as soon as they came into existence. I honestly don't know why microsoft went with a dpad that is basically a 3rd analog stick. It always pissed me off. Like they didn't even bother thinking the shit through.

I haven't checked out the video yet, but from what everyone is saying. When I get off my blackberry and grab the laptop ill peep it out =D

Controllers shouldn't be a factor when it comes to deciding which console to pick this up for. There are so many options of controllers out there, like this for the D-Pad users, the analog stick for analog users, and if MK gets the deal to make Arcade sticks, we'll have arcade sticks for the hardcore
