It appears Smoke's Smoke Bomb no longer has OTG property, so this is it. Can't vouch for online, but I'm testing Kabal's block string loop next.

In an interesting twist, Kabal's run stop loop seems to be intact, however, it could just be that I suck at it and cannot tell the difference
*UPDATE ON KABAL* So, it was also stated that Kabal would receive a damage buff, but it seems that his damage is exactly the same.
I'm now questioning whether this is all of the fixes discussed, or just some small portion.

Cyrax's Bomb Trap = Gone
The recovery frames off of the command grab have been greatly reduced. It's still useful, however, the cheese is officially gone =)

Oh boy, they changed up Ermac. No more "Easy Mac Special":
2,2 xx Force Lift = Gone
However, you can still get B+2,B+1 xx Force Lift
So, you can still do damage, but now it's much harder as B+2,B+1 xx Force Lift is much hard to follow up with:
JK, Teleport Punch, Dash, 2,2 xx Force Push
The second 2 at the end is kind of hit or miss unless you dash into the JK, and get a good second dash into 2,2
He can still do massive damage, but it seems much more difficult to do so now.

Ok, this one is bizarre. We knew Jax was getting buffed, but it appears he got a little of both:
Jax can now dash cancel his ground pound, however, he received a small damage nerf....somewhere in the range of 1-2% on most combos. The startup time on the ground pound appears to be the same.
Mods: Sorry for multiple posts, it's just much more difficult to edit a message as you need to add [br] to line seperate opposed to posting a new message.

Getting rid of Smokes OTG was a terrible thing to do.

Kung Lao's Spin seems to be the same--I can't really tell a difference (supposedly it was going to have reduced active frames). However, I did notice what appears to be a 1% damage buff on certain combos--I don't main Kung Lao, so I'm not certain, can a Kung player confirm:
JP,1,1,2 xx Spin JK Dive Kick Dash 2 xx ES Hat Dash 1 2,4,1+2 40%
I could swear that used to do 39%, but maybe I'm crazy.
*UPDATE* Kung Lao's ES Hat Throw loop is gone!
Also, not sure if this is me just imagining things, but it seems like you can do Sub's Ice Clone MUCH closer to your opponent now. Anyone else notice this?

While OTG is gone, you can still catch someone in the air with it:
3,D+1,2 twice then Smoke Bomb before they hit the ground--if timed right you'll get them.
Hell you can do 3,D+1,2 three times and still get it, however the timing is much more strict.
He wasn't OP in my opinion, but even now, he still does decent damage.

Weird--I would think that they would come out around the same time.
Another update:
Confirmed--Jax's ES Dash Punch now has armor!
Sindel's B+3,F+2 seems to launch much higher, but the supposed B+3 xx Scream being able to juggle is not true. Also, the patch notes said that you could 2,1 xx scream, but that is still blockable. Not sure what to make of that.

Lui Kang's OTG B+3,1,2 after X-Ray has been removed. That one wasn't in the patch notes, but once Smoke's Smoke Bomb OTG was announced, I had a feeling.

Baraka's corner loop of B+3,1 has been capped at 4 times. Immediately after the 4th cycle, the opponent is quickly grounded by increased gravity.

I was messing wit lui kang and it looks like his 2,1,3 doesn't bounce as high anymore can someone check that please and thank you

Right when I booted up after downloading the patch, I went to spar with my friend, and we couldn't pick certain characters without it freezing! This is an abomination! I am NOT playing this massive failure until it's fixed, it's awful lol.
