I like the new features but I'm not buying a Vita. I'm not crazy about portable gaming systems.

Fingers crossed Rain, Skarlet, Kenshi and Freddy's alts become available as patch updates or something on the XBL/PSN, and I for one wouldn't complain about having a few extra ninja costumes or retro outfits for the likes of Sonya, Johnny Cage, Shang Tsung, Mileena, Jax etc.

It probably sounds like a silly thing to ask for but if they got the whole "nostalgia" aspect out of the way with this game I'd be delighted. At least then in the upcoming games we can stylistically go in a new direction and always have the retro outfits to look back on and play as in stunning 3D with MK9.

I'd say the 16 new costumes are:

I hope they let you at least fight against Motaro, without being able to X-Ray him or Finish Him, but he has finish moves and an X-Ray, with both UMK3 and MKA movesets.

I don't think Skarlet will have a UMK3 costume. Neither will all the other male ninjas get the MKII costumes probably. Taking into account that Skarlet uses her heel in her X-ray move, it feels sensible to have heels in her costumes then. That's another interesting list there, Dragonkeeper ́82.

Funny how game developers always come up with a few new extras for an existing game that you will be done with within a week, and yet people not only get the new game but actually buy a new (portable) CONSOLE to be able to get the game.

The funny thing is, all of these extras will most likely be available on PSN/XBLive within a few months and the same people will actually get those as well.

They get away with it every time.

I'm really starting to hate Sony. They wouldn't give us any more DLC for the console game, but they release it for Sony Vita instead. Who the fuck wants to go buy a $300+ portable system to get these added features? Feels like a slap in the face. Boon and team just continue to kiss Sony's ass. There was a Huge demand for new content and they said no more, sorry......but Sony will have some. Fuck that!
