Sounds interesting,probably wont use it though.(one time i did play bohemian rhapsody well watching the deception intro,dont know if it was because of lucky timing but it worked perfectly)

As a PS3 FanBoy..

NRS has really become my favorite development company.. Finally a company that give's a shit about the playstation that's a 3rd party developer... I'm even getting the feeling that the PS3 MK is really gonna be made from the PS3 engine, and not just a Port from the 360 like most game's are.. which is why we usually get the crappier game.. This is some great news.. Killin mofo's while listing to the type of Rap music I listen to will be a great match.. so.. umm yea leggo

XMB is the “Xross Media Bar” (the PS3 main menu sort of speak). You can copy music to the PS3 with an USB device.

So I just put music on my PS3 just for this. It's awesome.

Now is there a way to put the music on shuffle? Like I said I just put music on here so I've never tried before.

Don't mostly all fighting games can play music on PS3?
I know MK vs DC could. But nonetheless I'll be rocking to some Iron Maiden and tsuff while getting my ass kicked :)

Excuse my ignorance, but doesn't Xbox always had custom music in about all their games? So in a way...xbobx owners shouldn't fret shoud they O_o?

Can you choose what songs to play at certain moments, or is it all just random?

Like for example can I program a song to play just while I'm playing in The Living Forest, or no?

Well when you get to The Living Forest you can press the Playstation button and pick whatever song you want.

I would assume either turn on your XMB menu (PS main button) or perhaps it may have an in-game option to slect what music you want.

Mk trilogy had better music tongue

It had mk2+mk3+umk3 music all in it plus it slowed down the mk3 soundtracks which made them sound even better than they already were. The Pit 3 is a great example. Just saying lol

Actually, you don't know what you're talking about. Custom Soundtrack means that you replace the game's music with your own. The XBOX can simply drown everything out with the media player, but it's not a true custom soundtrack. Custom soundtrack means that you can program the game to play X song at X time.
