She's such a bad ass.

I can't believe how much I'm loving this costume despite the fact that she doesn't look "futuristic" at all.

It's no where near as "fantasy-like" as her MK4 and MKvsDC designs (or even her main primary in this game), however, it is so freaking well done that I don't care that it looks this realistic (I've been dying to see her in shorts for ages, so, I'm thrilled).

I think all those fans who've been wanting a "more realistic approach" for Sonya will be pleased.

This casual look is just perfection.

Wow, just wow, even though she’s showing more skin than her original outfit, I think it’s quite befitting of L.T. Sonya Blade. Love the Aviator Glasses. I think NRS have done Sonya Justice, now if they can give us a red/black version of her Mk4 outfit as Klassic costume I’ll be over the moon.

This alternate outfit is SO much cooler than her main outfit! I simply love it.

It suits her so freaking well. She had it in MK1 and back in MK4. I think red looks perfect on her, even more than her trademark green.

Amazing. The wife beat, The shorts, The hat.... So sexy. Sonya looks damn good, Main and alt. But that alt is sooooo good. I'm happy.

I'm severely dissapointed they didn't give her:

And that they gave her something as generic as that. Sure, the presentation is badass and it looks cool, I get that, but, I don't give a f*ck about Sonya doing something so simple as that.

If that f*cking idea was to be used, they should have at least made it work like her MKvsDC Neck Break Fatality. She should have twisted and spin like a helicopter while on top of the victim with her legs on the air.

That would have worked wonders. That Fatality in MKvsDC was perfect. All they had to do is play with the cinematic presentation to make it as epic as her neck grab in MK4.

I can't believe they failed. I'm disappointed and upset.

Oh dear, I think they went a little overboard with the damage! Agreed with Queve as to the fatilties this would be a sonya first, she never misses out on a kiss fatality alteration. But there is a third unlock able fatality so just maybe its there.

AHHH YES!! That second outfit and that second fatality are PERFECTION!

I'm glad they didn't give her the Kiss of Death. Was always a boring fatality in my opinion. This is much more military and classy/sexy/cool. SONYA BETTER WORK!!

Now I just need more of my baby Jade. SO maining Sheeva too. She looks ridiculous and her alt is spectacular!

I hate the sunglasses. She's wearing a hat there's no need for sunglasses especially since they look like they belong on the face of a third world communist dictator.

Now, as far as the outfit itself it's definitely better than her primary which honestly is not only non-functional but also about as far away from military as you can get. As said previously this is a very Lara Croft costume. This is something somebody would wear possibly if they had to do serious warm weather hiking. Thank fucking god she is not wearing stupid ass heels.

I see this as a survivalist kind of outfit that I actually advocated for in the past. When the world has gone to shit you need to think and dress appropriately. This is something she can run/climb/swim/fight in. Have a good ruck or backpack and she could make do and scavenge with ease.

Hate, hate, hate, hate, hate the aviator sunglasses. I mean for crying outloud she's in the military. She's almost 100% more likely to have a pair of shaded Oakley eyepro that not only look cooler but are ballistic.



I mean hell, Stryker wore clear eyepro (which seemed to be modeled after Oakley M Frames) in his Armageddon primary and he's a freaking cop. So yeah, hate the aviators.

I approve of this outfit except for the sunglasses. Finally NRS you've done something right in regards to Sonya's dress. You have my thanks and appreciation.

This would be a first for Sonya....and what a bad time to do it (right when the game is being "rebooted" and brought back to life).

Yes, it looks cool and she looks badass. However, if that concept was to be used, it should have resembled her MKvsDC Neck Breaker in terms of execution and presentation.

Instead of flipping over to the other side, she should have stayed with the lges up in the air, twist and spin like a helicopter while holding the weapon thingy, and than fly back down.

This is just too simple and, well, unimpressive when compared to her special moves and other Fatalities.

Her second Fatality? Its pretty much bullshit for the glorious Sonya Blade.

A character with so much potential in special moves and so many great Kiss fatalities deserved something more than the bullshit they gave her. I won't be this mad if the Kiss is in as a hidden, I promise.
