I certainly hope not. I've disliked Kung Lao's "bratty sidekick" attitude ever since Shaolin Monks introduced it. I'm hoping we get a very different Lao this time.

If this is Kitana, I REALLY hope her design looks good. Hair, face and all. So far, I haven't seen a character design from MKX that I didn't like, so that makes me a bit more confident that she'll look good. I just hope they give her an outfit that can still have that "sexy" look too it while still being able to tell that she's a warrior. Hell, I wouldn't mind if they completely took design ideas from the outfit she had in MK: Legacy Season 2.

I'm thinking it's Kung Lao in that Fatality pic. with Kano. It does sort of resemble a blue fan, but I just think it's the hat in motion that's giving that blue glow effect we are used to getting. It looks like he is chopping off Kano's hand, and likely several other limbs in the process.

I wouldn't get your hopes set on Kitana.

And that's def, Goro in that pic. I'm guessing he'll be the other reveal tomorrow.

But he's already been revealed, Boon outright said the other fighter has been "unannounced"; Goro's been announced since September. And I really don't think that looks like Kung Lao's hat in motion at all.

We got WE got 4(5?) when the game was first revealed, so that's quite a bit from the get go. I'm sure we'll get there.
