On that Sub-Zero game, Shinnok or Raiden tells Sub-Zero that he is evil, so maybe that's why they made him a cyborg.

Are you referring to mythologies Sub Zero. If yes, that was Bi Han, the elder Sub Zero (the one that gets turned into Noob Saibot), while the one who gets transformed into cyborg is his yonger brother Kuai Liang.
He gets automated because Raiden decided to save Smoke this time around.

A guy from MKU sent me a leaked concept art of Shang facing Raiden who is descending from kinda of a hell. Shang's costume is similar to his MK9's old Shang. He is slightly younger... and wears a old chinese hat. His costume fabric is blue.

Raiden looks more japanese than usual. His costume doesn't contain blue.

Can you please stop feeding the trolls? We haven't even seen the trailer -or whatever it is gonna be- and the 15 year olds started spamming about leaked information again. There is NO leaked information and if there was, you would already know about it. If anybody had an image of whatever they would POST it instead of posting that they have it...like seriously! I'm kinda hoping when the trailer drops, we don't see Sub-Zero, or that we just get a massive tease that doesn't show us specifically what form he's in (or if it's even Kuai Liang at all). That's the big mystery.

Wonder if Saibot could somehow became transported to the Heavens via the Soulnado, and his body was restored. We'd have no Noob (theoretically, unless they split personalities or something), but it'd be a hell of a mindjob to have Bi-Han back as Sub.

The Sub-Zero from "that game" (Mythologies) was the older brother, Bi-Han, that after dying during MK1's story was transformed into Noob Saibot (which was possible because there was still evil on him).

The Sub-Zero that was transformed into a cyborg is Kuai Liang, the younger brother and the character with the richest story and background by far in the whole game, and also probably the one with the most fans (just see the usual winner on vote based tournaments).

Transforming him into a refrigerator was bad for all those fans and also counter productive with all the background that he has, so we Kuai Liang fans expect that he's resurrected in human form so he can be the great character that he was instead of a walking fridge that was the result of Raiden suddenly being ultra dumb with his decissions.

If people want to play as the fridge, there are possibilities, like Sektor using Bi-Han's remains to make a new cyber sub-zero, but Kuai Liang should be a human (or cryomancer as his origins aren't from earthrealm).

Given that he has bad blood with Quan Chi and Shinnok(I.e MKM SZ), he could join Raiden's side

Sub-Zero will be one of if not THE last character revealed. They know we are clamoring for him, and honestly it's just smart marketing.

Also, I've seen that theory for Bi-Han and I don't like it. Mainly because I want Kuai Liang back.

I have other reasons though.

1. It rehashes Scorpion's story onto someone else. It also seems kind of unbelievable. Okay, not one, but two characters have wound up in the heavens now? Wow, everyone should throw themselves into the soulnado. Being elder gods champion is nothing.

2. Theoretically, Noob is dead. There should be no SPLIT personality, because Bi-Han is Noob Saibot. His evil consumed him once in the netherrealm. Quan chi used his own evil to create him. So, in my book that sucks. While Sub-Zero is my favorite hero, Noob Saibot is my favorite villain. Plus, all of the story possibilities of good vs evil brother have barely even been touched upon.

3. I am one of those people who see Kuai Liang as Sub-Zero completely. I also think the twist of Bi-Han being Noob Saibot is one of the best in the series. Especially when you look back as far as MK4 to see hints that it had been planned. These two are established characters. If they wanted Sub-Zero to be Bi-Han then they just should have had Scorpion spare his life in MK 9. It didn't happen though.

I agree that Mileena should be brought back. She has a lot of story potential left. I mean she could be Queen of Outwotld now. Whatever she does, I'm sure it will be good.

I feel differently about Baraka though. He's a punching bag. He, along with Sheeva and Reptile, should take a break. I have a soft spot for Reps so I want him as DLC, but even as a fan I don't think he warrants a main roster spot.

- A story mode for the villians and not just the good guys
- Human Sub Zero
- Frost
