Dreamt that Motaro was in it with his back legs and everything.
I could see them putting him in the game as an unplayable sub-boss if dead people aren't staying dead.
Make him too big to jump over so there wouldn't be an awkward turning animation but let him teleport and make opponents unable to do throws, X-rays or fatalities to him. Wishful thinking probably, he just looks so badass in MK3.

Exactly Riyakou, like I don't mind them adding in a few new bells and whistles and maybe even a new gimmick or two, but a overhaul definitely isn't needed. I love MK, but our series is always overhauling things that sometimes don't need to be overhauled. But I agree, I don't think they'll be changing too much when it comes to the gameplay. That said, while I do agree that all those characters should indeed stay dead, I also wouldn't be opposed to a few of them making it in as DLC. They don't have to even have a story or anything, they could just be fun additions added, that way the fans of those characters can play as them. They wouldn't have any impact of the story or be canon and it'll be up to the individual if they would want to DL them.

MK9's gameplay was really good and the perfect base for the next MK game. Injustice had a few things that could be included into MK (and I am not talking about gimmicky features), such as faster and smoother gameplay, easier to combine combos with special moves, and maybe even the charged attacks which made the character bounce on the ground/wall or airborne (hold Forward/Back + Strong attack).

I don't know if I'd like to have stage interactions, but I did like the stage destruction as the battle progressed, and also the stage knock-offs/transfers. I'd like to see those things included into the next MK.

what they need to do is make the music very dark and scary like MK4 ... i think that was the best setup they had in a mk game

Without the bosses and DLC, that's 30 characters. I'm hoping the initial roster for the actual game is definitely at least 30 characters.

No one should have to pay for a returning character. Either make them unlockable or don't put them in. It's one thing to pay for an entirely new character, but to pay for a character who was established in the last game with an entire moveset? Total bullshit.

Love the idea of Sareena helping Sub Zero come back from the Netherrealm. That would make sense AND a great story as well. Take out Liu and Noob from the list (they could return in the next game), add Sheeva and I'd be happy.

Do you honestly think they will have the exact same movesets though. I'm not looking for the characters to play exactly how they did in the last game. Like Sub-Zero. I love him, but at the same time he needs to be revamped a little. His ground ice was USELESS. They should give him a couple more specials.

I don't agree with DLC. It's a cheap way to make money. However, if Reptile and Kitana had awesome new looks mixed with an updated playstyle, I would pay for them. I would. DLC sucks, but it will almost certainly happen.

That's all I noticed, and I very much agree with this.

That thing was only partially good when enhanced, and I was not about to waste my meter for a move that was most likely not going to work. The developers should either increase its range, or just get rid of it.

They should probably just get rid of it.
