Why is kabal named kabal?
what does his name mean?
what does his name mean?
It means "fortress" in Arabic, "solitaire" in Norwegian and "receive" in Hebrew. So it does mean something.
And since the character was inspired by Tusken Raiders...

...better know as the Sand People, it's possible that it guided the designer to the name Kabal, which is also a term for a one square mile patch of desert. Seems plausible.
BTW, I think that should be in the Overall MK Discussion.

Well, the way I was trying to put it, video games to me doesn't mean anything. I was going to mention about Kabal being created by inspiration from the Sand Raiders, but I just thought that would be the wrong answer, but not if the question was asked: "Why does Kabal have the mask?"
I never really considered Kabal having an actual meaning to the name, more like the fact that it's not Japanese as other names such as Hotaru, unless it was spelled Cabal, which now that I'm seeing more into the two names, C's are K's unfortunately, so basically, there is one I guess. And I have been said that I can be proven wrong at times. Lucky me
Are you excusing yourself or what? I'm sorry, but does it matter now what you were or were not going to mention? I don't get your reply. I was answering the guy's question and it wasn't directed to you. Chill out a bit. And ease with the unnecessary quotes.

No I am not, after reading your post, I realized that I was wrong, and yes, it does matter to me, as that I'm pretty sure that there's going to be that one person who's going to be acting so rudely about me being wrong. We can't all be perfect. And what unnecessary quotes? I'm not starting anything, I have a habit of trying to fix problems, even if they're unneccessary to fix when it's already been done.
