Omg ! He looks perfect ! I love the design and it's the first character reveal I'm super exited about other than Goro.

I like his design more then his gameplay. No complaints though, still looks great overall.

Scorpion having that hellbat wouldn't make sense though. Well... him summoning hellish minions doesn't make sense either, but the bat even less so.

Quan Chi looks like someone's nightmare (in a good way). His gameplay looks amazing, looks are sick. And the fatality.. please just take my money now.

Man, NRS are doing everything right this time around. Quan Chi is incredible - I couldn't pick anything that wasn't perfect.

Well Scorpion has had a history of having assistance from the Netherrealm in his fatalities with the Hand from Hell and those Scorpion clones. While those were non-canon, I'd like to think the demon assist was inspired by those.

One of the few things I liked about Scorpion was that he got his clan back in MKA, although undead. I thought it was a cool concept that was completely tossed away.

So if these minions of his were actually his dead clanmates... I'd be down with that.

See, I got super excited about that quote as well. But then later realized that Kitana is not from Earthrealm. But still gives me hope that she is coming back in some manner.

Quan Chi has never looked better. This game is going to be insane.

You know what's funny? I think him riding a horse DOES look like he's mounting an invasion along with Shinnok's other generals. I predict we're going to see some big shit like a mega battle at the end of MKX not in some damp cathedral, but an actual siege of Outworld City! I can imagine the Earthrealm heroes alive and restored from Quan Chi's control along with unexpected Outworld kombatants being allied and trying to defend the city from being taken over like that Battle of the Hornburg from The Two Towers, but with less crowded demon minions and more kombatants in the fight.

Fuck, Quan Chi has never looked more disturbing. Great video, but I really hope we see some characters that weren't in MK9 show up

Well, people asked for more horror characters. So instead of filling the game up with guest characters, they just change the MK characters to look like them.

Next up is Liu Kang as Jason! And then Reptile as Alien!

Welp, can't say I was surprised (I know, boohoo, right?), but I can say this is the best (by far), Quan Chi has ever looked! And I mean that costume and game play wise. All about them Warlock portals like woah.

Also, veeeeerry interesting, story wise.

This was a good bit. I honestly prefer we get the obvious Joes out of the way first. Plus it dwindles the more controversial character speculations. Or at least gives us an idea of how many returning vets and MK4-D characters we'll see.

This could be fairly early in the 25 year span. I'd almost expect this to be the first or second jump. I guarantee you Scorpion finally fucking kills him in MKX. With his schemes realized, it's time for these two to show down once and for all.

What also crosses my mind is.....

What if Quan Chi slowly accumulates fallen warriors until he literally has an army... And then.... Shujinko comes in and just absorbs all that power at once?

I'm still blindly banking on boss-Shujinko. Too hype.

This sure makes my prediction look good.

I predicted that Quan Chi would use fallen warriors as minions until half way through the story when you can free Kitana, Nightwolf and Jade.

I just wish the trailer showed him summoning more bats. We didn't see that enough times.

I would just die if Jason is an exclusive guest character and his ending concludes that it was really burnt up old Liu under the mask the whole time! I can see it now!

I really think I would just fall over, haha.

I would be extremely...extremely shocked, if Shujinko shows up at all. If I'm not mistaken, most people were quite unimpressed with his overall character.
