God guys whenever you record the next episode if you get a guest as soon as possible you can talk about how badass Erron Black is. Liu Kang and Shinnok are ok but Erron Black is super cool. I can't wait till the next episode.

Have you guys abandoned the longer format entirely? I have to say, I prefer it to the shorter videos....and for future reaction videos, maybe it'd be better to record your reactions after the stream ended to avoid the echo? Cos I couldn't listen to that, it gave me a crippling headache

If you are referring to the reactions video, that echo lasted 10 seconds before I told Razor about it, and he fixed it. We also recorded a review of the stream, that Django hasn't uploaded yet.

No we have not abandoned the longer episodes, we're just now offering both. Something for everyone, variety, and expanding our audience etc.

You're right, that was the obvious choice. But since it wasn't said during the episode, I didn't pick that. Plus, it didn't really have much to do with the episode itself. I like to take things that were said in the episode that make for a funny title, or fitting title, and run with that.

Hey guys, I'm Temp's old MK9 training partner that he's mentioned a few times in past episodes.

I guess I'm in the minority here regarding Tremor haha. All the chromatic ninjas are among the best and most memorable MK characters and I'm jazzed to see how Tremor turns out. I admit that Skarlet was a failure, but NRS has clearly come a long way since MK9 and learned a lot of design lessons.

The whole issue of saying the Kombat Pack would have "Klassic Characters" is unfortunate, but I have a feeling Tremor got hot swapped at the last second for someone else and there's a good chance we could see them later.

Another thing I sort of disagree on is Erron Black. I think he looks great and I love his design, but it just seems like something's is missing to really make him feel like an MK character. The severed Tarkatan arm is great, and I wish they would have pushed the concept of him possessing weird Outworld oddities further into his design. Like a coat made of tanned Shokan hide and the like.

I wish you guys would save the judgement on Tremor when he is released saying he sucks this earlier makes me kind of ill. I like you guys and all but I don't see all the hate for him. TMK inlcuded on this little rant. I hope he changes his mind if Tremor is amazing anyways. I like his design but that is what i like about him but it is too early for me to judge him as well. I still like him though. Oh and Erron Black rules.

I understand Cyborg's and Temp's position with him being in over more deserving characters, but TMK hates it simply because Tremor is in.

I'm certainly willing to give him a chance. I think we've all stated we like his design, and that his gameplay will probably be done well. This was never the issue. The issue is they continue to ignore certain characters much more popular, or in higher demand than Tremor, who had all the potential to begin with, and weren't just a brief cameo in the worst MK related game to date. Characters like Fujin, Sareena, Frost, Nitara, Havik, Ashrah etc. have that potential, and yet aren't necessarily getting that opportunity. Yet, in DLC pack #1, we were supposed to get "2 Klassic Kombatants", and Tremor is anything but. Speaking of Klassic Kombatants, we have yet to see any real MK3 representation in this game, beyond maybe a story cameo or two, which seems odd to not have either Sektor or Cyrax playable, and no Smoke or Nightwolf etc.

Regardless, we've stated our feelings on Tremor's inclusion, but even if they make him an awesome character, which is possible, it's hard to get excited for a character that we may never even see again or be given any serious consideration beyond this one time...

Good episode as always, guys. Loved the discussion on Scorpion, I completely agree that he looks better than ever in MKX. Hopefully he actually gets some character development this time around.

TMK was a great guest, I used to like his videos but haven't watched many recently. He did some nice reviews for the older games, though. I think it would have been cool if you showed his webcam as well if he gave permission. Just a thought if he's ever a guest again.
