Hmm, interesting, thanks for the news. It seems like many companies are following Midways lead.

Damn it, the last thing midway needs is to think this is a great idea. I will be so bummed if MK9 turns out to be MK vs DC II

Oh god no!!!

I wonder if you will ever see a 3rd cross over like,MK vs DC vs whoever?

Probably not but w,e you never thought dc would ever show up in a MK game or MK in a DC game so it could happen.I feel funny cause I can never say something would never happen in a MK game anymore cause of the cross over game we have now.

But back on topic.I think this one by capcom is just pushing it to see if they still have something there that they can work with or if vs games are offically dead.

Mk vs Capcom vs DC vs Marvel

just get it out of the way and make a kickass game in the process.

There's also a Japan-only "Namco x Capcom" (or is it Capcom x Namco?) which has mostly fighting game characters but in an RPG.

Response? That's pretty funny. Midway isn't even close to competition for Capcom nowadays. I'd be impressed if Capcom's fighter producers even knew who Midway is.

I think that MK vs DC came from Marvel vs Capcom so in a way this is a late response to Marvel vs Capcom.

Ha.

Yea, Capcom's vs game is not a response at all. They've been putting out cross games for a while now. They're just rarely released outside of Japan. MKvsDC is a response to Capcom's many.

Gatchaman, Karas, and Speed Racer?

For some reason, I'm more interested in this game than MK vs. DCU.... why? WHY? That shouldn't be!

DC's probably trying to be "cool," and change their image a little.

Actually Capcom has been doing crossovers 11 years before Midway ever dreamed of making MKvsDC. If anything Capcom are the pioneers. I doubt this game is going to make it out of Japan. I really think its just fanboy service.
