Better motivations for the factions to fight other than this rage buisness. It's just so.......contrived.

probably include more chapters. it seemed too short to me. They didn't include all the characters from each side too, like baraka, kitana, or kano, and catwoman and deathstroke. Seems kinda odd that they left them out.

also, i really enjoyed the idea of having rivals team up, such as liu kang and shang, to go defeat the other group. i found this to be short lived and i would've liked if it was expanded upon

I would've set it at a more Deadly Alliance-esque point in time, roster-wise. If anyone bears a resemblance to and deserves to be fighting against superheroes, it's Kenshi and the Cyberninjas.

You know how Quan Chi is seen, but unplayable? Well, I would have liked to have seen Martian Manhunter in the same capacity (but only show him on a communication screen or something, as having him in-person with his telepathy would make it so he instantly knows that the MK warriors don't work for Dark Kahn).

I would have liked to see more characters from either side. Maybe some on on their way through downloads, but of course we don't know who until it is made public.

Quan Chi would have been nice to have.

I am sure that if there are downloadable characters coming, some of the more popular characters missing will be in there. I don't see why not.

Yeah, the Rage concept was weak. But it and Close Combat look like something out of a comic book, appropriate for the DC side.

Well, besides nixing the crossover idea entirely, I'd say give all the characters Story Mode chapters.

Barring that, I'd axe Shang Tsung's chapter and give Kitana her own chapter. I love Shang Tsung, but his chapter looked (and most likely was, seeing what I've seen in the Kollector's Edition DVD) rushed. Go through a portal, do 3 back-to-back battles, come back through the portal and rough up Kano.

Kitana's chapter could have explored Outworld/Apokalips and given us a better perception of Dark Kahn's menace in that realm.
