Both Kano and Kobra slipped on Bo Rai Cho's puke, but she ran right passed it, kicking (well... punching) Bo's ass. Then, Nightwolf attacked her from behind, giving Cyrax theopportunity to jump on her back. But who cares if she was injured - she still threw Cyrax off that pyramid. Then both Ermac and Nightwolf attacked her simultaneously, but she still managed to get the upper hand when being double teamed, lifting them by their throats. It then took Kenshi, so the fifth person to attack her, to finally defeat her (when he had a sword and her hand were busy). What a beast - she did great.

As for the rest of the movie, I laughed at many parts...

- Jax saying "Is that all you got", only to be pounded by Shao Kahn
- Shao Kahn hitting random people with his hammer
- Onaga flying away with Kahn
- Cage throwing Sonya off the Pyramid

It was just a great intro, better than the others. I hope it isnt canon though, I dont want Sheeva dying (even though she did amazing) or Li Mei getting impaled by Hotaru - I mean wtf?

Shao Kahn FTW! Shao Kahn OWNED through out the video! If you look in the background when Kenshi is fighting he hit a lot of people with the hammer. Also you see him pwn Reiko when Jax is about to fuck up Quan Chi's leg.

I don't know if he actually did say it, but it sounded just like he did...none the less I still laughed. And everytimeI watch it I have to rewind back to hear Sonya's scream....lol...

Wow... I mean... Wow... I haven't been that ecstatic since the MKSM intro. And before I watched that,I was sure that nothing could surprise me after playing the insanity that is DMC3. Boy,was I glad to be wrong. This intro beats the shit out of MKSM,though.

Can you freaking imagine how much FUN was it for the MK team to plan that entire thing?

Sheeva did not get cut in half. I downloaded this video and watched certain parts frame by frame. She didn't get cut in half. She could have survived being stabbed.

I didn't see the fight of Johnny Cage and Sonya, when is it in the movie?

It's entertaining from a batshit-insane perspective (Stryker belting Mileena, *the* moment of the video, pretty much epitomizes it), though it makes me uneasy about the overall story idea. If character relationships are completely out the window now, then what's left of the story?

I did like all the detail in the opening. It's nice to pause second to second and take in who's fighting whom.

If I cared about Shinnok at all, I'd ask why he's jumping like an orangutan now.

Seems like quite a few corpses got knocked off the pyramid there when it rose. Nameless nobodies, or named kombatants?

Second-best moment of the video: Sheeva knock down Bo Rai Cho after he did his vomit attack. YES. Finally.

I have to say, as Kintaro sauntered onto the volcanic wasteland while the dutiful narrator droned on, I couldn't help but be reminded of the CG dinosaur videos produced a few years ago. "The young alpha Shokan meanders through his habitat, alert to any challenges to his dominance..."

Now that I look again the only people to get sent flying when the pyramid rises is Tanya, Jarek, and Kai. It had almost fully risen though. Also, Shinnok and Raiden where fighting in the air. Shinnok was actually landing from the fight in the air not a jump.

The intro however is pretty good to watch. This whole running up the pyramid thing still reminds me of Tomb Raider. The story is just rubbish for this game.

I loved all the funny bits that everyone mentioned though.

I can't believe Cage knocked Sonya off the pyramid. Queve will be pissed lol. Though it kind of looks lik e he just bumped into her. Sheeva and Kahn were badass as were Quan, Shang and Lao.

I didn't see Mavado or Mokap and some others. It seems quite a number of characters were missing. Everyone should have gotten some proper screen time, imo. I saw Hsu Hao running but that was it. and a brief moment of him, Fujin, Jade, Kitana, Reptile and Ashrah in battle. Even Sindel only got brief screentime.

Stryker punching Mileena was just awesome! I'm going make sure she gets revenge on him when MKA arrives lol. If this were Super Smash Bros. Melee she's automatically get the Down but Not Out bonus! Lol! She reappears to jump on Shang and bite him which rocked! Kabal using his dash to overtake Stryker was awesome. It'd have been cooler if Stryker had been left spinning.

Bo puking, Onaga taking Kahn, Kang vs Shang and Shang turning old all rocked.

Hotaru spearing Li Mei at the start was shocking. And Sheeva being sliced the way she was by Kenshi was badass. It does look like she got cut in half, but I can't really tell.

I loved how Raiden blasted Shinnok across the battlefield when Shinnok thought he was all badass. Lol!

Sonya and Frost were fighting! I guess that'll be a nice addition to their supposed rivalry from MKDA.

And LOL @ Darrius! I'm glad he got owned! I hate him!

To make this intro even better, everyone needs to get some proper screentime. That would make it perfect, imo.

outstanding Intro, no fan could possibly be displeased with it. Very well, done.

That's a big statement, I think a lot can be displeased with it in terms of story.
Visually it was awesome, yet it should be extended and updated to included all characters. I mean common.

Visually it looks good. Not the best, but lokos good.
Composition...good. Despite the fact that my favs got screen time, it has its flaws.
Canon: if it is not, then its tolerable as a slight nod on whats supposed to happen. If canon, than the whole plot is sad. Though I like that Mk returns to the core of individual warriors fighting for their own greedy or not so noble reasons...

if you notice, after he gets zapped by Kano, his body lies next to bo rai cho, and he dosent get up.

and if u notice when sheeve is fighting nightwolf and ermac, and this is a fair few seconds after remember, u still see his body on top of the stairs, lying in the same position. He cant get up after a little eye lazer?

EDIT: Nope, never mind, u see him get blasted away by Shang Tsung's big ass fireball after stampin on Kenshi.

Ok. Am I the only person who laughed when Kintaro back-handed Kitana and she flew??



That was my fav part of the whole video. Well then Shao Kahn pwning everyone who was near him.

Best secnce ever when raiden use lighting against Shinnok and shao hit hammer against Raiden

P.s. This might have been said before, but I really wish that liu kang had never appeared in decepetion, if he hadn't his introduction in Armageddon would have been sooooo much cooler.

I doubt it, he prolly stayed down to avoid actually getting killed if he had got back up to fight.

Im really, really, pleased and impressed with stryker. I re-watched that part and paused it for 25mins to look at him.

He fought like a warrior, id of expected nothing less from him.

Love + Kudos to him for his amazing performance.

Not bad. Would of been cooler if they doubled the length and we really got to see everyone fight. Would of been the best thing ever if Cyrax got to the top first and did his friendship.

Smoke was fighting Nitara during the Quan Chi vs Jax fight.
