I'd like to thank Reptilefanatic just for being awesome and putting a great amount of fears to rest. Looks like it won't matter that Sheeva gets cut in half after all. :P

And yeah mkf, that really is all we see of Smoke. Still, he got more than other people I could name. I don't think we see Jade for more than a split second or so.

I can't help but think that some characters got too much screen time, while others got to little. Quan, Shang Tsung, Shao Kahn and Scorpion got alot, while Noob, Reptile, Smoke, Jade, Kira and Rain got almost none.

I'm very glad to have seen Nightwolf kick some ass in the intro.I loved it when he shot Sheeva with his arrow!

Yeah, what that other guy said, he's made that noise before... it's just one of his noises.

Although I will admit, it does sound an awful lot like screw you, which I never noticed before now.

Shaolin monks is a close tie. Though both are amazing imo.


Although Shaolin Monks is Amazing, this one beats it. The only thing MKSM intro had that made it what it was, was when Kung Lao was announced in traditional fashion and was unveiled and kicked ass, and Reptile biting the head of Cage.

Well I've just got one question. Ed Boon and the others have said that they are gonna kill of a bunch o people at the end of this, but very few people actually died in this movie, and since every character has their own unique ending (many times contradicting other endings) how are they gonna establish who lives and who dies at the end? The only things I can think of is maybe when you beat the game there is another movie showing who all dies, or maybe at the end of Konquest mode. I'm confused... confused

It will prob be in the "ending Cinematic" that is rumored to be at the end of the game. Which if this is true( I still strongly doubt it) It will be after you beat the game with everyone.

well i havnt seen it yet but it sounds interesting but the story sounds really crap, just as i feared... im not sure i want to watch it yet or wait... meh
and the actual intro better not be canon, imagin that, chars randomly fighting and dieing before you even start the game...

Oh Crap...If it is true, I'll have alot of work ahead of me. I still havn't beatn Deception with Raiden and Noob-Smoke. But if there is an ending cinematic after you beat the game with everyone, I'm sure somebody out there who gets it will post it on you tube...
