I'm not sure where they will set MK8 but I feel that MK8 needs to restore the core focus of Mortal Kombat back to Earthrealm. So many different realms have come into play now and we get stages across alot of them and the storyline events set in various locations but it's time the most desired realm, Earthrealm, took center stage once more.
We need to see Earth being fought for once again and if not Earth, perhaps another realm. It may mean a new tournament would need to take place but the story has strayed too far off from the original plot for one realm to be the sole focus.
In returning Earth back to the main realm, it doesn't mean others need to be forgotten. It just seems that Earth is being forgotten about and overshadowed by the other realms. Given they've said they plan to restore MK's roots, perhaps this may be one of those things that will help in that effect.

I'd prefer Outworld

I'd like the main focus on Earth again, Edenia, Outworld should fall back from focus a good ways. Allowing us to venture into Chaos and Order realm more. And then the Netherealm right in the middle somewhere.

4.Edenia
5. Outworld

100% agree. Earthrealm being the gateway or the jewel of the realms was the main focus when the tournament began and needs to be the centre of attention again. Maybe this time it can be fought for by more than one enemy at once (i.e Shao Kahn, Shang Tsung, Shinnok, Raiden all fighting for control).

I probally think a new realm. Something both lighter and darker.

I would like to see, maybe not the main realm, but other hinted realms. For example Quan Chi's realm explored or where Reptiles race is from, Nitara's realm, etc..

It used to be that some bad guy arranged Mortal Kombat in some "evil" realm, so I guess that MK8 will take a place in earthrealm or edenia.

I REALLY hope it goes back to earth realm as the main realm. but lets them not forget the others realms.

I want all the past realms. Nitara's Vampie realm would be cool. I'd like a Vegas-like Realm! Night all the time, and everything colored with neon lights!

Outworld is my favourite realm. It should be focused on.
