Deathstroke and Lex Luthor have the best chance of being in the game (going by Kotaku's hints).

i would've liked to see some of the more "magical" enemies from the DCU considering that's what they keep bringing up in like every video and interview.

out of the batman world i'd wanna see:
bane
poison ivy
harley quin
batgirl/robin/nightwing.. or any other sidekick



but.. this isn't mortal kombat vs batman.. so it won't happen (fingers are still crossed for poison ivy tho)

Indeed, if he is in he'll probably have his mechanical suite of armor to even things up.

He may even empty the contents of his personal suite onto his opponents. You just never know with this guy. One minute he's being sworn in as President; next minute he's shooting heat vision out of his eyes; and then the next he's rolling around naked on the ground screaming about Krypton...

Combine him with Braniac like in the cartoon. That's the only way I know it'd be feasible. Wasn't completely aware of the "super-suit" he had in the comics, but I knew he had something.

One of Kotaku's clues was "Archvillain", a void that has yet to be filled... and I ask... who is more of an archvillain for anyone than Lex Luthor is for Superman?

Parallax

I fucking want Parallax in the game.

For an Arch Villain, I'd say probobly Darkseid, though I could see Luthor in powered armor. Parallax would be cool, but in all honesty I can't really see it happening; he's a big badguy in the comics, but isn't as iconic as the other two.

I'd also like to either see Shiva or Deathstroke. As for Deathstroke being too brightly colored for ninjahood; remember, Scorpion looks like a lethal banana. A magic villain like Mordru or Felix Faust would probobly help tie the story together.

You're inverting what was actually said.
Deathstroke is not a ninja, and a brightly coloured mask is not a universal call sign that should make you think he is.
