I hope to heaven if what your saying is true that they don't put Tanya and Liu Kang's "spirit" in the game. Tanya just plain suck and I rather see Kitana then her. Liu Kang is dead and lets leave it to that. I liked him but for god's sake I was tired of him always winning the damn tournament. MIDWAY or BOON:here's a message do not put either one of these 2 in the game.

I like the returning characters like: Raiden, Baraka, Sub Zero, Scorpion, Millenia, Sindel, Ermac, Noob Saibot, Nightwolf, Kabal and Kenshi. That would be better to have Sektor back rather than Cyrax. Cyrax did suck. The new fighters all seemed cool so far and hope they can make the other ones even cooler.

I didn't like him in MK:DA but I would like to see Mavado return as if its true then the Red Dragon and the Lin Kuei are gonna be rivals.

Alot of these rumors seem really far-fetched, I'm not gonna believe this, not until I get 100% confirmation from E3

Johnny Cage.To me Mk without Cage looks pretty shaky.Maybe good for newer MK fans but I played to long in to many arcades with Cage.

No offense, but I believe this is a crock of shit. And I, personally, will not believe any of this until I see it. Screenshots and everything! And what ever happened to that "Kitana confirmation" thing? Did that turn out to be a lie all along, or did Midway go back on that? If this thing from the German PS2 magazine is true (and I hope to GOD this is false), then I will be SUPER pissed that Kitana won't be in MKD. And if she's not, then Midway better come up with a GOOD explanation as to WHY she's not!

Thats why people are DIEING for E3. I, personally cant wait to hear real new info on MKD. I'm not saying all this isnt true, but until i see confirmations, or if one of the forum members with realiable sources states something, then i'll know for sure its true.

AND, IMO, the whole liu kang spirit thing is craptastic.

Well, okay, here's the thing though. Even if Midway Europe did slip up and give real information to that German OPM, I seeeriously doubt that Midway would confirm that info almost a month before E3. It looks like Midway has a lid on all of the news as far as MK is concerned until E3. So that's where I think that whole "can't confirm or deny" thing comes into play. How many times have we seen "outrageous rumors" become facts in the MK series, or with videogames in general? Ermac and Frost are only two examples of this.

There was a female Sub-Zero rumored since MK3 I believe, where it was an outrageous rumor, and look, she was in MK:DA. Ermac was supposedly a character in MK1, but that was an outrageous rumor, and look, he shows up in UMK3.

I'm not entirely convinced by the news from article, but it does seem to be from a reputable source. Now, why Germany would get news on a US game (especially to this magnitude) before US gamers would, and why no other internet sites seem to be picking up on this news are still questions that I have, but I won't be shocked when some of this stuff gets confirmed.

If Midway did confirm all of that info, it becomes news. But if they have a lid on the news, and they confirm or deny nothing, it all stays as unfounded speculation and rumors and no one else carries the information, thus blowing several surpises prior to E3.

I think that several bits of info will prove some people right on this site, but I also think that the magazine took some liberties with rumors, even if they did so unintentionally. Sure Skab could be real (GOD what an awful name!!) But Liu Kang's spirit? A female Kano? It'll be interesting to see what gets proven and what gets disproven. But just think about what midway can and would say prior to E3 before you go assuming that the article is complete bullshit. They can't say anything.

Big news have we got a confrimation from midway yet.
Give Tanya a chance she may eventually be good if this is true. Sounds like they are making sure they get at least 1 MK character from every MK so far. I would've rathered Fujin return if Raiden infact dies. I think the DA posess his body or cast a spell and make him evil.
I won't be totally believe this until we get a confrimation from midway.

ken master ist not ken from SF2 he is announced as the femal replacement for Kano.

There is also a pic of Smoke. Its Human Smoke and looks like a ordinary ninja.

there is also an Interview with Ed Boon where ED says that they dont want to implement more than 2 Fatalitys or Stuff Like Animalitys because they think its enough.

Are you kidding me? This is the best part of video games. The part where lines are drawn in the sand between those fans who have been "betrayed" and those who can adapt to change.

It still irks me that Kenshi and Li Mei are back, hopefully Ermac or Kenshi will have some new moves, and Li Mei will get a total revamp. That one shot of her doesn't give me a lot of hope those.

Otherwise, I'm happy, MK could use a little variety.

And let me re-iterate that I wish these bastards with "sources" would spill the beans or just shut the hell up all together. Months ago you're like "I can't tell you everything but I'll give you stupid hints!" and then you get all "I told you I knew everything from the start!" when the shit comes out.
