I don't know, just the fact that Konqrr says it's true, it probably is true...He is trustworthy and everything. But what is the major flaw? Hopefully Tanya. I would rather Liu Kang back then Tanya. We'll see. I'll be waiting all day just to find out the final word on this situation.

thank u darkbish. some of that does seem bogus. i think the reason quan and shang aren't appearing is bekuz maybe the Dk destroys them when he is released or enslaves them or somthing. but i'm happy as long as for all the lame characters (tanya, limeena, kang's spirit, boraicho) there is a returning ninja there to counter it!!!!

so there is no special forces, black dragon, oni, red dragon, vampire, or white lotus in the game?? would kang's spirit be considered white lotus?

i agree w/ vanqueer that tanya coulda been replaced by a better returning mk4 character such as fujin or reiko!

Yea the info about Liu Kang returning as a playable ghost or spirit is probably way off.

High probabilities to be a mistake:

- Li Mei being in the game
- Raiden being in the game
- Tanya being in the game
- Liu Kang Spirit being in the game
- Skab
- Ken Masters

Medium probabilities

- Nightwolf
- Bo Rai Cho
- Sektor
- Kabal
- On this list should be all the rest of the information provided on the article. For now, let's just not take this info as "confirmed", not just yet.
Note: I'm not saying it is not reliable because it is from a magazine from outside the US(I don't live in the USA myself), I think it's actually bogus because the contact said there are flaws, so that means part of the info is not correct; and the safest thing to do is just take the info as a probability and not as confirmed information. I think the highest probability of being a flaw are some of those characters. Also, it is not in probability order, as I think that Li Mei being in the game IS MUCH MORE probable than Liu Kang's Spirit.

Scab sounds like a new Oni to me, or perhaps he's a mutant from Barak's race?

The missing Shokan could also be a non-playable character. He could be the Dragon Kings sub-boss.

We still don't know who the vmpire is going to be though, and I'm not sure if I want to, too much has been revealed up til now.

Let's hope the MK team kan keep enough secret to make us still want to buy the game.

Well im saddened that sonya, kitana, and jade are not yet confirmed. They probably wont be in the game. Sonya and kitana are the 2 females who should be in the game. im glad to hear tanya is in the game. i thought she was pretty cool in MK4. I hope the flaw is that bo'rai'cho' is a playable character.

As for the Vain's translation, here are my thoughts.

Ken Masters: Sure it's a joke, just like Boon said in the PSM article.
Skab: Seriously...Skab?? LoL, okay okay...ha ha ha....alright...SKAB!?!? C'mon Boon, that's gotta be the worst name for a character I've ever heard. Why not make a character called "Wound" while you're at it.
Raiden: I'm all for it. I would've liked to have seen Fujin, but that's why they make sequels. No worries.
Liu Kang's spirit: This sounds bogus to me, however I've been the one saying how cool it'd be to see Kang's spirit in Kano. The two splitting their moves between one body. Having him as a spirit just doesn't seem as cool.

Either way, I welcome the news, and am very eager to find out more. What's true, what's not. Konqrr confirmed a lot of this, but not all of it, so we'll see what Darqbish brings back for us.

The shokan and other "promised" confirmed characters are probably new ones that have not been released yet.

I wonder if Goro has any brothers. Maybe they can make one of his brothers one of the new characters. Cause Goro is my favorite sub-boss of all time and was disappointed to learn that he died.

I guess right now though we are all just waiting for the final word on this matter.

Well, I forgot Konqrr confirmed many of the information, so if he is right too; then my list of flaws probabilities should be reduced to less things, as many characters appear to be confirmed...I'm still not sure. I won't edit the post above, just keep in mind that I doubt about the entire article up there, and that probably there is only 1 or 2 mistakes in the entire news article.

why are you guys getting bent out of shape about tanya. some people actually like her, like me. i didn't get all pissy when they confirmed nightwolf. they're just trying to please as many people as possible. you're not going to be happy about all 24 characters, and you should start learning to lower expectations for things.

btw they said that EVERY characters will be BACK in KONQUEST MODE. So I'm pretty sure that Bo Rai Cho, Tanya etc, will be in the game, but in konquest mode... I'm really dissapointed if the new info we receive is 100% accurate and if it's true, if Li Mei is in, well Konqrr was right!

It's sad that Quan Chi and Sonya doesn't look to be in the game, but anyway I will try to be open-minded.

I knew nothing about the Liu Kang soul I was actually happy he was dead, BUT I think its cool, if used nicely, maybe he is not even in the story but as an extra character like “meat”. Nothing but a extra character who’s story wont play any role .but I doubt it.

The BIG flaw in the article is NOT Tanya, and is NOT Li Mei. She and Li Mei were the “females” I kept saying might be the reason of why KITANA is not in the game.

I will only say that we might get more then just 24 characters. I think we might see 30.

About Sonya and the other classics, it’s a shame, but like suggested before, they are on earth dealing with other shadows. Even though there is still a chance for some.

You will see them in Konquest though, they will explain.

How cooler can this get. I wanted Baraka, he came in. I wanted Noob, he came in. I wanted Smoke, and now, he came in to. This is beyond great.

Btw, that pic does seem to look more like noob saibot in an alt. Smoke is grey not black, unless he has had a major change appearance.

Hotaru and Skab seem pretty bad ass, same with everyone else. I'm also glad that we're getting a new shokan and vampire. Damn, this is amazing.
