My motherboard crashed on my computer, so I'm on a borrowed one right now.
Looks like all the graphics, video, and sound I create.....created a detrimental problem for me. I have a wonderful computer apparently, but it just couldn't handle everything I do on a daily basis since school started.
Hard-drive is good to go though. Soon as I'm able, I'll be back in full effect. Might see me take a break.

My name is Charbel Najem and I have been a Microsoft customer since the first time I learnt to switch on a PC.
I have recently experienced issues with my Xbox 360 and have consulted Xbox support who have
Advised me to contact Microsoft Australia in regards to reference number 1085315337
The initial cause for my enquiry was that I was unable to connect to Xbox live.
After a bit of troubleshooting with the representative I had been speaking with I was advised that my console has been banned from XBOX live. I was quite shocked to hear this as I have no possible idea as to why my console could have been banned.
I asked the rep why my console was banned to which he responded by saying that he couldn’t provide more information on why my console was banned due to protecting Xbox live.
He further advised that consoles that break the Terms of use set by microsft are automatically banned by a server.
Now I have read through the TOU on multiple occasions and still cannot comprehend why I have been banned.
I have not broken the TOU in any way shape or form and am literally amazed that after paying hundreds of dollars to purchase my console, games and, xbox live service legitimately I could so easily be banned without any explanation.
I am at this stage an incredibly frustrated Microsoft customer.
My Xbox has been sent into Microsoft multiple times due to hardware errors with the most recent being less than a month ago (reference number 18442729) This on its own is terrible customer support as I shouldn’t have to pay hundreds of dollars for a console that barely works and needs constant repair, And To now be told that my console has been banned is even more ridiculous.
At this stage I write become I am confused and disappointed with Microsoft.
Could I please request that proper reason be given as to why my console has been banned and for that banning to be removed.
I have broken no rules and have constantly supported the xbox console, Both original and 360 having purchased both on launch date and having in total over 300 games for both systems.

I honestly think that they program their products to experience problems.
I'm already on my fourth Xbox 360, I've experienced red lights twice, a broken disk drive, and im on my fourth one. I've gona through... at LEAST 10 microphones, my controller battery is died of being "overcharged".
My Zune doesn't like to turn on, and the right ear piece never works.
My computer (of course) loves to get random viruses, it's only bee around for 5 months.... whereas I had a MAc which lasted 4 years with no problem.
Fuckin Microsoft, I wish someone would give them hell.

You know when it's been a bad day, or really even just an average day, but then something just clicks with you that you're life isn't bad at all, and you've got a lot to be thankful for? I wish I could have that click everyday. I guess it makes it all the better when it finally does happen.
I just found one of my fiances first emails he had ever written me and it was so cute. We had a fight last night and things got out of hand and reading that email really made me see how much I love him, even though he drives me crazy.
