I had my grandfather's funeral today. Didn't shed a tear when I heard the news originally or at the wake, but as soon as the service at the church started (again, I'm atheist, not my decision here), I lost it. I managed to keep it together while performing my pall bearer duties, however.
Repeat the cycle... Couldn't cry if you forced me to while leaving the church, driving to the cemetery, or even sitting there watching the soldiers present my grandmother with an American flag (he was a Korean War vet), but as I went to give my dad a hug when it was all over, I lost it again. Man, I'm weird.

You're not weird. When I found out my cousin died, a guy I hadn't seen in years, I hardly flinched. But when we got to the wake and I saw him just lying there in the casket, still in his prime (he died at 29), I lost it and broke down. Sometimes you have to see it before it really shows you how much they meant and how overwhelming it can be.

One more class... then I get to go home! Yay! I get to make a box out of wood scraps... I'm totally going to cut my fingers off attempting to do this. Stupid 3D class.

Apparently Matt Dallas (KyleXY) and Jonathan Bennett (Mean Girls) are an item. That's totally cute. It's not quite Ellen and Portia cute, but still cute. I wish there were more cute gay couples in Hollywood. Lindsay and Samantha are both gross and I can't stand T.R. Knight and his boyfriend. Lance Bass is yesterdays news. Last I heard he was dating some random brazilian model or something. Yawn.

I agree with you. They do make a cute couple. I never liked Lance Bass, so I didn't care much for him.

Is anyone else in love with the asian guy on the AT&T commercials? I mean like can he be any hotter? I know Chan has to have my back on this one!

Lindsey Lohan is just a messed up Hollywood wannabe who can't act for shit. Don't even mention her as a star... She's just not worth mentioning as a star.

I think that's how it is for most people. I felt bad when I found out my grandpa died and I didn't shed a tear, what REALLY did it for me was seeing my entire family cry.
While I'm on the subject, if any of you know what a middle eastern funeral is like....... cry is a total understatement. I'm telling you, those women all sitting in the house of the deceased are SCREAMING, WAILING, like.... pulling their hair out going cry, losing their mind! After the week of going to the widow/widowers house, and just sitting in the living room bawling their eyes out, everytime someone mentions the name of the passed family member they start to cry again. Maaaann, longest winter break of my life.

So my cunt of an aunt messaged me on Facebook last night and shat on my grandfather, calling him "just as much of a jackass" as my dad and saying that he didn't deserve anyone showing up at the wake or funeral. I don't really have the time or the patience to go into all the gory details here, but suffice it to say I'm never speaking to this woman again.
The guy who I'm taking to Prom told me the other day that he went into the business office of my school, and the woman behind the desk asked him if he was going to prom, and he said yes. She then asked him who's he going with and he told her that he was taking me. And she right away responded "Oh, is she going to faint at Prom too?" In a joking manner. My friend told me this and my face went bright red.
Do you think I should report this? I'm not sure if you're all aware of why this made me mad, I've been diagnose with a medical condition called Syncope, which causes me to faint and or collapse due to various triggers that cause it to happen. I've been dealing with this condition for a year and I've been putting up with the jokes with my friends... but when an adult finds it humorous to joke about, do you think something should be said?

Wow. Is this "People Working In Schools Act Like Dicks" month?
Report it if you want, I guess. I wouldn't hold my breath on much happening, though. What poor taste on her part.

Went to test out of a class today. One of those classes that "could be relevant, but nobody really knows what the class is about".
Anyway, I failed it.
It's something that I'm gonna have to take in the coming semester now as opposed to skipping over it.
Good thing I got out of it though, is that now I know the process so, I'll probably try doing this more often from here on out with other classes. Did a couple things wrong with this one that I will make sure to avoid next time.
It was an okay experience overall though. Even though strategically and financially, there's always a benefit to passing these things.

Thanks Jaded... I had a solo and an ensamble piece today in percssion. I had a timpani solo and I was chimes during my ensamble... I GOTS A 1ST IN BOTH!
OMG you all should have seen how GORGEOUS this judge was... I think I impressed him.
While I playing my solo, my stick got caught somewhere on the drum and flew out of my hand... I didn't freak out, more like "Whoa..." the judge thought that was awesome... OMG he was cute!

Want to start another project, but can't figure out what to make it about, whether I should use a MK character as a focus or not, which character to use if I do use a character, or where to start with any of this in the first place.
