So I might have swine flu. Yay! I won't find out if the test came back positive or not until Tuesday. I feel like a leper confined to my room on bedrest. I really just want to get outside and do something. Like bitchslapping my former husband-to-be. That would be nice if I could stop coughing up my lungs to do ANYTHING. :/

I'm still trying to figure out the whole "epidemic" regarding swine flu. It affects very few people compared to the "normal" influenza, and has similar symptoms. The death rate is also far below the normal flu, but everyone makes such a big deal over it...

Don't mean to downplay your illness, Crystal...it's just an observation over how the media seemingly overreacts to this...

Gonna go see WWE this Tuesday. Advertised matches include CM Punk vs Jeff Hardy in a Cage match for the the heavyweight title. DX and John Cena vs Legacy and Orton and Rey Mysterio & The Great Khali vs The Big Show & Chris Jericho

Ya that would be nice .. I haven't been to see WWE since SummerSlam 2003 . The Elimination Chamber match with Chris Jericho, Goldberg, Kevin Nash, Randy Orton, and Shawn Michaels and Triple H. And Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar well it was an amazing experience and I can't wait to see Smackdown and ECW this Tuesday.

The only WWE I've ever been to wasn't even televised.

I went to WWE Smackdown! on August 19, 2003, televised on the 21st. It was just a couple days after the summer blackout of 2003 (for you northeasterners). I remember using up all the film on my camera during Velocity because I was so excited XD. It was a good time, but I still would have rather gone to Raw.

Ive been to Raw in '99 (Kane def the Undertaker to face SCSA for the title), 3 shows in '03 (where Goldberg finally went face to face with HHH and the other was when Kane tombstoned Linda McMahon and the last was when Stone Cold actually returned after walking out months prior, he was supposed to go against Bischoff at the PPV but they suprised the LA crowd and brought him out after the cameras stopped rolling)

Went to Smackdown once in '01 right before Wrestlmania where Stone Cold and The Rock went at it.

Went to Wrestlemania 21 which was fucking amazing

Went to No Way Out in 2007, main event was Cena/HBK vs Batista/Undertaker. I was pissed because there was supposed to be a tag team ladder match but it was scrapped last minute.

Been to a couple of house shows in teh 90s and early 00s

Its a lot fun seeing it live, the crowd really gets into it

Watching Jay and silent Bob strike back right now.

Other news,

Projects have died down alot, but I am still quite busy. Learning my limitations like where my work-load caps out at, and refining my work-flow habits as well. It's looking like 10-15 big projects quarterly burns me out right now. I'll feel like I can do more, but I'll burn out towards the end. It's gotta be work-flow related, and still alot of knowledge based stuff.

I see the challenge, and I see some of what I must to do to better myself. We will see what I look like during my next groove. But right now I'll take the break to assess, and process all this. Gotta get another logo done, and another web design mock-up started currently. Yep, that's what a break looks like now...
I'm glad I'm doing something that I actually enjoy, otherwise this might be hell.
