Obama probably would hang with these stars if his image wasn't so delicate. Anything a President that looks like the black James Bond does, will be looked and talked about everywhere by political folks, so I can imagine Obama trying to stay professional at all costs. Republicans are already on his ass about every speech he makes.
With no consultants or strings attached, I can see Obama at the Vmas' with some shades, and a more lavish suit.
