So I picked up Portal 2 yesterday for 20 dollars. Store was having a sale on it and all I was thinking in my head was "What a steal!" I bought and I just now completed the single player campaign. Portal 2 is absolutely the best game I've ever played. Ever........eeeeeeeever! Ever.

Uncharted is an excellent game! I didn't enjoy the first as much as the next two though, the melee combat was much improved in the sequels, including stealth kills additions in the second game, but it's still a very solid game. Resistance 1 was a good game, but I didn't like the second game at all and never got the third. Great game choices though to borrow, you're sure to enjoy.

I've been wide awake for 21 hours.

Bizarrely, I don't feel bad at all (other than a stomach ache), but I have to work tonight (8:30p-12:30a) so I'd better catch some z's.

This has actually been a really good day so far.
P.S. 'Evil' by Interpol is so goddamn awesome. The video is creepy as hell, though.
When it originally came out, I thought it was catchy, but the awesomeness didn't hit me until recently.

I can't believe I'm about to say this, but the Clippers are now looking like the best team in LA. Kobe's my favorite player in the league, but his teammates are not on the caliber of the likes of Blake Griffin, Chris Paul, Chauncey Billups, and Caron Butler. Plus the Lakers just gave up Odom for next to nothing, so they're kind of screwed this year. I wish the Clippers would've kept Eric Gordon though, he was hands down the best player on that team and he deserved to be an All Star last year more than Blake Griffin did.

Ok. I've remained pretty indifferent about the LoZ series for a long time.

Twilight Princess caught my eye due to it's visuals and decidedly more mature tone compared to previous entries. I haven't finished it due to the fact that I don't own it, so later for that.

Skyward Sword is hands down the best game I've played all year barring MK9.

It's just addictive as all hell. Doesn't hurt that he story intrigues me and the cinematic work is top notch.

There's something that I think is a little funny here with the rankings. The "Developer" rank. If you look at the logo of it, it's still Midway's logo. Now, I understand that this site still is undergoing a lot of changes every now and then. But of all the changes I would love this site to go through, changing that to the NS logo would put a smile on my face.

Reason why I'm mentioning that is well, I'm really looking on aiming to work at that company when I'm out of college. Maybe not right away, but it's a goal.

I've stated every once and a while that I'm trying to see if I can land a job either at NS or WB that's in my city after college. Even though it would be nice that "hey, we got someone on this site other than (I forgot the username) working with Mortal Kombat," I might not be on here that much or probably at all.

I have a few friends in the video game industry who did say that they've been pestered by a lot of people on telling them what's going on and such. One of my brother's friends works for Naughty Dog right now, even though I've been bugging him into telling them that they need to work on Crash Bandicoot again (haven't really heard too much about how that's going)

Still, hopefully either NS or WB has room for a character designer who's also a writer and has some potential of directing as well. Since I have a lot of that underneath my belt.

I love my college.
