omg my sister is going to the E.R.
me my 3 friends and her were going through this mountian trail and at the end of the mountain,there was a large trench looking place.me and my friend Jordan went down the trench which is about 30 feet deep
as we went down it was time for one of my friends to go home so he and my other friend and my sister went to walk him out of the mountain,as they (or should i say she)got back my sister tried to look down the trench to see if she could find us out there,as she looked down she slipped and grabbed onto a nearby rock
she was hanging there almost about to cry hanging on there.then me and my friend sped up there real quick to try and get her,and she fell....she didnt break anything but shes throwing up a ton and has a huge concussion
i hope shes okay

That's awful man, I really hope she's OK. I suffered a mild concussion a couple of months back while playing volleyball, it really sucks. She is very lucky not to have broken anything, but I'd be shocked if she didn't have bone bruises or contusions or something like that. I don't mean to scare you, but I'm just bracing you in case something comes up.
