Idk. CoD4 is about the best game I have ever seen in my life. Everything about it is "omg!" worthy. It's practically second to none. I's think you'd get more play hours out of the video game...Depends heavily on your lifestyle though...I'm not really entertained anymore by remote control cars//robots ect...

You know, I passed up an opportunity to get the base model 360 for my birthday around the 14th. I just told my lady and her grandma not to get that one for me(cost effective jargen here).
But I'm good waiting to get exactly what I want. Tax returns is the e.t.a. for my 360 Elite.

Awesome man, glad you had a great Christmas! For me it would be all about the kids having a great time anyways (I don't have kids but want some someday still), you have a best gift of all from my viewpoint, having a wife and kids to enjoy being with! (though I'm sure at times you might think otherwise, everyone with children usually does lol)
I didn't really get much, and the two games I did get were on my own via the evils of a credit card (got mass effect and assassins creed) but I had a good Christmas regardless!
I even got some cash for presents from relatives and my sister, so I'll probably try to hunt down CoD4 (if there are any left!) or maybe even Virtua Fighter 5 for my 360 or even MKA for it as I just have it for my PS2 now. So I'm all good on that front! Bioshock is on for $39.99 Canadian here for Boxing day sales as well, so that's even a possibility. Would love to update some stuff on my PC but that gets really pricey fast.
Hey with waiting for the tax return you may even find a price drop by then on an Elite man! Or at least some AAA games discounted!

My wifes brother was just telling me yesterday, that his wife found Assasins Creed at GameStop...(dude, at GameStop!?! That's unheard of so soon right after release.) She said she got lucky, someone brought it in about 30 mins before she called.. Incredibly she got it for something like 35-40$(US)..
But anyway, she was in line paying for the game and got a call from him at home. She said he was like:
Bro inlaw on the phone: "Hello? Where are you?
His wife in line at GameStop: "I'm in line at GameStop with Assasins Creed in my hand."
Bro inlaw on the phone: Oh, well I guess you need to know this then..."
His wife in line at GameStop: "Oh God, What?"
Bro inlaw on the phone: "Lol...My Xbox just took a shit."
