The demo has been out for quite a while.

And guess what? It's just a versus demo, Plasma only. I couldn't actually even play proper versus with a friend because you couldn't configure the terrible control settings.

Ever since the 2 months of silence this thread took, a lot of new information has been revealed, such as:

Aracno's Theme

Morbo's Theme

Protein-X's Theme

Also, the 4 characters from the poll for the second demo have been revealed. They are:
Nova
Aracno
Toxic
Leach
(Plasma of course)

These are all from most amount of votes to least amount of votes. Sadly, Agent Malcolm ranked just behind Leach. So sad. :P

Sadly, the only way to access the forum for Death Cargo news is to have an account on the necrostorm website, so no luck for anybody who wants to be updated who doesn't have an account. I'll be here though to keep everyone who's interested in this game updated. :)

Nope. Not nearly so. They said the 5th beta was postponed until February some time in mid January. :P

Well, props to them for sticking to their project. I just can't see anything good coming from it.

You know what fighting game you should be checking for? My Little Pony: Fighting Is Magic.

17 characters, Street Fighter meets Guilty Gear combat, awesome themes and everything is made by a group of hardcore fighting game enthusiasts/bronies.

Just a few days ago, someone created a thread about this game in an Argentinian fighting game forum, and posted a link to the first demo.

Some said it was bad, I talked about what happened here, when members of the staff created accounts to talk shit of MKO because of the criticism to their game.

So what happened next? A new user posted a wall of text in broken English talking shit about us and about MKO. Yup. In a Spanish speaking forum.

I would not be surprised if Quan Chi is the lead programmer of the game, and the whole thing is an NRS publicity stunt. Just so they could torment us with more pale skinned chalkboard motherfuckers in fighting games.

Yeah, sure, "a fan". That's just what happened in that Necrostorm forum months ago: I posted my opinion and a few "fans" come out of nowhere, bashing me with the same broken english and pitiful arguments.

F.Y.I. There was some new version of the demo posted some time ago, and I tried it. The only addition was this stupid bonus stage. Sure was fun walking back and forth.

Well I'm convinced that it has to be the developers attacking people who critique their game in any negative aspect.

Good.

But for those who don't think so, do note this:

Everyone who attacks anyone who talks down about the game always get one person who doesn't speak perfect English to attack back, and note, they're mostly Italian folks, which pisses me off because I'm 75% of it.

And note the company, an Italian movie-making company that's suddenly turning into a video game company... even though it sucks.

And lastly... how are people fans of a game that's been making nothing but demos and has you playing as one character all the time? I can't be a fan of something that isn't even made. It would be understandable if this company made a game before this one, but this is just too hilarious.

Not to mention, they're unprofessional... What company has the audacity to send out an employee to come onto different websites preventing us to talk down about them? (Look back the first few pages, Johanna literally came on this site and bashed people for claiming that it's disrespectful about us saying that their company was a fake.)


For a person who wants to work in the video game industry, what they're doing pisses me off. It's unprofessional for any kind of company to do what they do, and I want to make sure people do realize that this game is not worth getting due to their actions.

I'm calling bullshit. The engrish in this post matches up with the first post. "English is even broken " indeed.
