I wouldn't mind if Apocalypse was the villain again.

I fail to see why people think Phoenix Wright would EVER work in a fighting game. Super Skrull is there so they could have the much demanded Fantastic Four in one character slot instead of four, and Dormammu is the big bad, because let's face it, Marvel's big bads tend to be regular people. Plus they've already done Thanos, and Galactus wouldn't work in a fighting game, for so many reasons

As much as I'm liking how this game is shaping up, I'm a tad iffy on the cast.
They already confirmed no Daredevil, Ghost Rider, or (much-demanded) Phoenix Wright, and yet we get Super-Skrull, Trish, and Dormmammu?
I just feel like Trish is really unnecessary. Her design is generic and Dante already represents the DMC series. They could have cut her for someone BETTER like Strider, the Bionic Commando, the guy from Killer 7, Mike Haggar, or, hell, Phoenix Wright.

I don't believe I've defended MvC2 once, and I'm not about to change my stance here. Neither makes sense, at all. But what the hell, the majority of this game sounds wrong to me at this point, guess that's why I'm not a capcom kinda guy

Make Rathalos from Monster Hunter a playable character now Capcom!

Since Viewtiful Joe has been confirmed the only person I want to really see in is Wesker, but seeing as Chris is already in I doubt Wesker will make it.

I'm still not 100% how I feel about this yet. No Elektra is a buzzkill fo sho though. The animations do look quite lovely though.

Exactly. The roster choices, or should I say lack there of, have been quite bizarre.

Meh, I'll take diverse play styles over fan favorites any day.

I'm not worry about this. MvC2 has the most diverse playstyles of any fighting game and MvC3 will look to be the same. Rushdown, keepaway, runaway, lockdown, touch of death, you name it.

WOW! For one of the silliest looking Marvel characters, Dormammu looks and plays fucking PIMP in this game!!!

Oh yeah, that's why I love MvC2. Trish's absurd trap game was a welcomed surprise in lieu of some TvC inspired mistakes. Now it really seems to be shaping up to be a true sequel to MvC2.
I was just addressing the whole "Where's Ken, Akuma, Guile, and Charlie?!" sentiments.

Yups, I here you man. Although, there are still some TvC mechanics left in the game that they should get rid of. Stuff like the floaty and bouncy physics of the game and the OTG mechanics have got to go.
