Kotaku has posted image of PDP's gamecube controllers for the Wii-U. The same company that did both the MK and Injustice fightsticks.

I think they actually look pretty good. I still own my gamecube controller, but I'll probably still pick one up, just because of the C stick is now the same as the left analog stick, rather than just a nub, as well as the added left shoulder Z button.

I honestly LOE how they did Pac-Man. I thought they'd do something tragic with him, like use his Ghostly Adventures art (though, there still is chance that appears as an alt costume), but they stayed true to that Pac-Land design, and they did his moveset incredibly well.

In my mind, I always thought Pac-Man would never work a Smash Bros. character. It looks like I could be so wrong since Pac-Man looks fun to play as judging from the trailer.

All we need now is Shrek.

I really haven't followed the Smash series since the first game, but I just stumbles across Project M. I'm not sure if anyone else was are of this, but it's a free community mod for Smash Brothers Brawl for the Wii. Apparently you don't even need a modded system for it to work. Just a copy of the game and the mod installed onto a 2gb or less SD card. From what I've read, it looks like it works on the Wii-U as well.

With Brawl running around $30 I'm definitely picking this up tomorrow to hold me over until the Wii U version is released.

Has anyone actually played?

I feel it's good to note there is NO confirmation of G&W yet. He's not on the site.

Also, watch for a new character this week, there's been a flyer advertising a new fighter soon in Japan.

God damn. Captain Falcon, Robin and Lucina (Fire Emblem Awakening) are in. Play as female Robin too!

I never played Fire Emblem games... Are these new characters good?

I don't know much about Robin, but Lucina is cool. Nothing beats Captain Falcon though. The Cap is back.

I enjoy both Robin and Lady Marth (thats what she reminds me of). Robin can have a god damn Harem if he wanted to.

I wish Fire Emblem characters didn't all have the personality of half a shoelace. They are all so god damn boring. Oh well.
