Ehh...he's an irritant. Sure.
I don't hate the character or anything like that, but I'm certainly not a fan. Hm...I think he's one of the elements of this game that is a turn off as far as the Mortal Kombat brand is concerned(I know, we're past all that by now). There's a weird undertone, of "this is a joke game" with him in there. Surface perspective initially allows me to view him as another Bo Rai Cho, Johnny Cage, or any other character in MK's history that is meant to be a comic relief, with a serious backdrop "once you get to know the character"..
It's sorta like insisting that a pun, or a bad joke is funny when it's not.
mm.. I'd say that I don't have any problems with the Joker. I liked his render, but I still don't like that he's in a MK game. That about sums it up.
