yes, I'm sorry but this cannot be considered a legitimate clan, you need to think it through some more. First you've gotta have more than yourself, I'd say start with atleast two people, you need to make out al the clan rules and regulations and such.For exaples, just take a look at the first posts on all the existing clans.

Like ThePred151 said, just you don't know anything about the clans... You need to learn more before you start one. You should join one first.
