^Not exactly true. As I'd said in another thread, all of the other ninja-like characters would be considered ninjas in their respective realms. Even if they're called something else in these realms, they serve the same purposes.

Scorpion's the only true ninja in title, but the rest are obviously the same in deeds.

well, if you haven't noticed yet, his huge popularity, comes from his looks, his Evil style (fire breathing, skull headed, spectre status..), and not exactly from his power & strenght.

In terms of powers, Ermac takes the cake easily, he can fuck up Scorpion's pretty outfit without taking too much of a swet.

In terms of fighting, the two best are Sub Zero and Noob Saibot (and don't come with that Scorpion-kicks-ass crap. he was strong, but then a few games ago, he just turned out to be an idiot, arrogantly rushing into any fight, and being defeated most of the times, if not ALL TIMES).

and believe me, at this point, Sub Zero can beat Scorpion.

Don't take me wrong, i like Scorpion, but i just think he was much stronger in the past. Of course he is the face of MK, and people all think he is the best... etc etc.. but he is not, believe me.

true but Ermac does not have that ninja look like scorpion or noob.Nobb to me looks the most like a ninja because of the stealthyness and the fact that he throws ninja stars in MKD and MKA.

when you ask "who is the best ninja?"
you are refering to every character that has made his/hers debut as a ninja costumed character. Or am i wrong?
Rain continues to be a ninja, even though now he looks like prince of persia.
If you are talking about characters that NOW look like Ninja-like fighters... well, then you just have Scorpion, the inevitable (and always welcome) Sub Zero, Noob Saibot and not much more..

true all of them are ninjas just there status tells different. so where do we get the part where scorpion rushes into any battle and gets his ass kicked everytime, because iv never heard that, and scorpion isnt an idiot, hes on his own mission to do what he knows is right, and to let his soul rest, what the hell is wrong with that, and hes fucking immortal so he really wont get affected SINCE HES ALREADY DEAD.

I Believe NOOB SAIBOT is the best NINJA in mk because noob was actally subzero in mk 1 but was killed by liu kang and resumed the title of noob saibot. he also is protecting the fallen elder god shinnok and belongs to the ninja clan "the brothors of shadow".

um.....its the brotherhood of shadows, no just kidding, its both, but Noob because he is the only one with the aspects of a ninja, ninja stars, manipulation of smoke, turning invisible, they are all ninja-based powers

Uh...Liu didn't kill Sub-Zero, Scorpion did. The movies didn't count. And Subby wasn't Noob at any point in his human life.

True, SCORPION killed the 5th Sub Zero (who in the games is the first to appear, featured in MK1 / MKM SZ and a MKT).

And Sub Zero BECAME Noob Saibot, after he died at the hands of Scorpy, and his soul entered the Netherealm, where he joined the brotherhood of shadows, and was given the Noob Saibot body. The Brotherhood of Shadows is NOT a ninja clan. It is a sect of demons, undead warriors etc, formed by Quan Chi, to help the rise of Shinnok.

If we're counting those other than just Scorpion, I'm (obviously) going to go with Sub-Zero, not just because he's my favorite, but also because he's the only one that has displayed the characteristics of a Ninja.



lol, if only you knew his story as opposed to being blinded by his cheap gimmicks, then you'd understand.

If you take a look at how he's been screwed up ever since either MK4 or MKDA, it can be seen that he was changed for the worse. MKSM and MKA's Konquest in particular display everything that's wrong with Scorpion. He's not out on a mission to do what he knows is right. He's just out for revenge most of the time, that's it.

Do you honestly think that his soul would rest if he got his revenge on Quan Chi? Scorpion has been blinded by anger, hatred, stupidity, and an on-going quest for revenge. Such qualities are detrimental and are not Ninja-like at all. He doesn't act like much of a Ninja despite him being the only one in MK from an actual Ninja clan.

Just for the information: Scorpion is not immortal. Her can ocacsionally escape the netherrealm, but that requires a chance. Otherwise he just suffers down there.
