Alright,my first piece in a while...opinions please?



Onaga stands in his throan room speaking with a guard.

Onaga 'He is here,I know he is,I have seen him in the shadows...'
Guard 'We killed him so many years ago...do you not remember?'
Onaga 'Im not so sure anymore...all that has happened,something is going on...'
Guard 'Sir,you are far too paranoid,im sure its nothing.'
Onaga 'I can't take risks that big...go get Hotaru...'
Guard 'But sir,he's busy.'
Onaga 'NOW!'

The guard quickly walks off and shuts the door as he leaves.

Onaga 'I cannot take risks...I cannot take this,why do they doubt me?'
A voice breaks the silence 'Because you killed me,remember?'
Onaga looks around in a cold sweat 'Who was that!?'
Voice 'You know who it is...'

Onaga prepares for a fight,scanning the room,the lights go out all but a small area around him.

Voice 'Want to kill me!?Want to end MY life?'
Onaga 'I thought I had...' he gets a cold look in his eyes 'But you have survived.'
Voice 'I have done more then survive Onaga...'

Onaga hears footsteps running on his right,he looks over in shock.As he does they come from the left.He stares frantically and they come from his front,he swings wildly infront of him.But hits nothing...he looks to his feet.

Onaga 'Oh god...'
He see's a blood red slash at his feet.
A voice comes from behind him,into his ear 'Where's your crown King Nothing?'

He turns around to see nothing,Hotaru comes in.

Hotaru 'Whats going on?'
Onaga 'He is here...'
Hotaru 'Who?Sub-Zero?I will rip him apart!'
Onaga 'No,no not at all...'
Hotaru 'Who?'
Onaga 'You will never know.'

They both hear a voice echoing throughout the room,and they see a red robed figure go out the window.

Voice 'Your'e just nothing...'

Cool add on Rabid. Leviathan has got Onaga freaked out so far. It'll be cool to see where this goes.

-Dragon King's Palace: Outer Wall-
Ravage is seen training for his next bout. He quickly shifts through his memmory bank, cycling through all of his available data. His body morphs from one fighter to the next. He goes from Ghost, to Sabre, to Gabrielle, and even Kilvan and Vandon.
Ravage-Data log complete. Completed percentage...90%. He extends his Nano Core from his right arm. As he stares at it for a second he quickly analyzes it. He then shifts his head to his arm laser and scans that as well.
Ravage-Weapon possibilies: 8,207,696.
Inside Ravages visor he quickly runs through prefered weapon choices, as well as combination effectiveness. He then comes to a pair of weapons that have a 100% win ratio.
Ravage-Data logged, preparing for assimulation.
He takes the Nano core and puts it on top of his arm canon. He then charges a steady pulse of energy through the canon's barrel. The core begins to react to the energy and in a way comes to life. It latches on to Ravages cannon and begins to merge with it. Ravages whole arm is engulfed in a brillinat light. All the while Ravage keeps close watch, making sure his upgrade is completed without interuption. As the merges reaches completion, the light fades. When all is done Ravage's arm has been completely transformed. While his hand remaind, it was now between a pitch fork like frame.
Ravage-Augmentation complete.
His entire right hand can now shift its function, just like the Nano core. However, it has also been upgraded from a laser canonc, to a Rail Gun. The pitch fork structure uses both prongs as magnets, and can now fire extremely deadly blasts at any target with rapid succeesoin. Ravage decides to test it out on a target.
Ravage scans the imidieate area, he switches his visor to Mineral Scan and looks deep into the forest. He finds a giant boulder about 700 meters into the forest.
Ravage-Target locked...Fire
His rail cannon charges up with a purple hue and then unleashes a blast of energy. Within seconds, an explosion is heard deep in the forest. The boulder is blown to pieces on impact, leaving only a smoking crater. A line of trees that obstructed the boulder now have a perfectly singed hole straight through them.
Ravage-Test firing succesfull. Destruction Percentage: 98%
After loging in the test results, Ravage retracts his prongs and extracts his arm, concealing his new weapon. With the test firing finished Ravage returns to the inner walls of the castle and rejoins the others.

Ghost sits in his room.Focusing on his opponent Sensui,he thinks of the things that have happened in his past,hunting Ryoko.He see's the fear on her face.A tear rolls down his cheek.

Ghost (evil) snaps out of it 'NO!I do not serve them any longer,I serve only the Dragon King...'
Ghost (good) stares in front of him 'I will not kill Ryoko,she is my friend.'
Ghost (evil) 'She is not!She used us as no more then a pawn!'
Ghost (good) 'She did nothing but help us,we knew her for long,what has she done to us!?'
Ghost (evil) 'SHE USED US!How blind are you not to see that?She used us for protection,for her...and Gabrielle'

A familiar voice is heard in the background.

Voice 'Going crazy are you Ghost?'
Ghost snaps out of his trance 'Sabre...is it you?'
Sabre's dragon spirit appears infront of him 'Who else would it be?'
Ghost 'But you...'
Sabre 'BUT NOTHING!Your next fight...is against Sensui,something I never got the pleasure to do...'
Ghost 'What are you getting to?'
Sabre 'Do not kill him...'
Ghost 'What!?'
Sabre 'You fucking heard me Ghost!'
Ghost 'But,why?'
Sabre 'You soon will see...'

Sabre backs up and spirals quickly into the ground,the faint roaring is heard.Ghost snaps back out...

Ghost 'Ryoko,a failed mission so far,we must kill her...she MUST die!'




Gabrielle walks around the outskirts of Onaga's palace,she see's a cave and walks into it out of curiousty.

Gabrielle walks in,deep into the cave. 'Never saw this bef.....'
She feels a blade pressing up against her throat. 'Don't scream...'
Gabrielle 'What?Who,are you?'
The voice speaks softly 'You will find out,I have a proposition for you...'
Gabrielle 'And why should I do something for you?'
The blade is pressed to her throat harder 'You want to live do you not?'
Gabrielle talks with a snotty tone 'Fine...what do you need?'
Voice 'I need you to kill Tanya...'
Gabrielle 'Kill Tanya!?Are you fucking kidding me?I have been searching for the bitch for ages...'
Voice 'I know where she is.'
Gabrielle tries to turn,but it stopped but the tip of the blade 'I tell you the location,and you kill her,agreed?'
Gabrielle 'Easy enough,the little bitch has it coming.'
Voice 'Very well then...I last saw her in The Dead Plains.'
Gabrielle 'How do I get there,TELL ME!'
Voice '20 miles South West of here,you should leave now...'
Gabrielle is released 'I will go now...'
Voice 'Go...'
Gabrielle turns around and see's nothing but kicked up dust.She reaches for her throat where there is a small cut 'God damnit!' She feels it and grabs a piece of black hair. 'What the hell is this shit?This is too short to be mine...'

Gabrielle sets off to her destination,running,trying to get there before its too late...

-As the fighters go about there business, stalking and being stalked as the case may be, they are unaware of a deadly figure which lurkes in the darkness.-
-Midnight: Courtyard-
Keilienaten walks through the courtyard, lit by hundreds of torches. The light of the fire, coupled with the light of a full moon, cascading on the trees, lends a sence of serenity to the wa ring battle grounds.
Keilienaten replays the events of her last fight in her head.
Keilienaten-Kamon? No it can't be. He was killed eons ago when his search party was ambushed at Scorpion Gorge. On another matter, why does Anubis want me dead so badly?
As she ponders, she hears russling through the leaves. She shoots a fireball, only to get a brief glimpse of a figure before it fades to black and shoots into the shadow. The red and black color scheme throws her into thinking that her assialent was Ermac.
Keilienaten-Ermac you coward. Come and face me!
There is no answer. Keilienaten, easily irritated shouts out Ermac's name repeatedly. Still no answer.
Keilienaten-Very well, coward. If you don't come and face me like a true man then I'll come after you!
As she takes a step, she feels a strange sensation to stop where she's at. Based on the Moons position, it cast a long shadow from underneath Keilienaten, unaware of the danger, Keilienaten searches her surroundings. Suddenly a figure starts to rise out of her shadow, the figures eyes burn a sapphire blue as it imerges slowly and silently out of the ground. Keilienaten, still seamingly frozen in place does not realize that somebody is standing, several centi-meters behind her. Shivers run up her spine as she feels the warmth of a second body so close behind her. Thinking it's Amunute, she starts to relax.
Keilienaten- Jeez, you gave me quite a scare there. Although I must admit that it was pretty erot......
She stops in mid sentence, now instantly frozen with fear. As her eyes grazed the ground below her, she noticed an eclipsing shadow abover hers. The shadows head had the same helm as the mysterious soldier that she encountered on two seperate occasions before. The shadow on the ground in front of her opens its eyes, they burn a piercing sapphire blue, staring straight into her eyes.
Keilienaten lets out a loud scream of terror which echoes through the courtyard. As she truns around however, she finds that there is nobody behind her. In a state of pure shock and terror, long since forgotten to her, she runs from the grassy field in the courtyard back to her quarters in a cold sweat.
-Dragon Chamber-
Hatsuma, still holding to his sanity hears the scream.
Hatsuma-Hmph, it's the first time a scream has been heard that wasn't mine.
Suddenly, in a dark corner of the room, energy begins to build, then a doorway opens with Sensui stepping through.
Hatsuma-Sensui!!!!! You sadistic, parasitic, self absorbed S.O.B.
Sensui- Well, well, I'm glad that you haven't lost your spirit.
Hatsuma-If I wasn't imprisoned in here I'd...
Sensui-You'd what? What you forget to realize is that, that barrier is the only thing that's blocking your thoughts from being mine. Face it, you may have regained your free will, but as soon as that shield is downed, you'll revert to your basic, brutal, and emotionless self that served me for the past several years.
Hatsuma-Sensui! Mark my words, when I'm free, you're the first that I'll tear to shreds.
Sensui snickers- Oh don't be simple. (Sensui walks up to Hatsuma and reaches into the chamber, grabbing Hatsuma by his throat.) Do you realize, that I'm the only reason that you are still alive?
Hatsuma- You lie! This chmaber keeps me...
Sensui- This chamber keeps you from dying, but I keep you alive. Have you ever asked yourself what would happen to you if I was killed and you still merged with the Black Chaos? I'll tell you. All of your past wounds would reopen, all that pain would return, your power would be ripped from your body, and you would die a very painful death. So you see, you need me, far more than I need you. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go watch your precious treasure get slaughtered in battle.
Hatsuma-Sensui if you touch her I swear.
Sensui- No, I wont lay a hand on her, I'm not the one who's going to try to kill her. But, that doesn't mean that her former allies wont.
With that Sensui steps back into the door way and vanishes from sight, laving Hatsuma all alone in the Dragon Chamber.

Rabid: Wow, EXCELLENT addition man! I'm liking the direction you're taking. Great writing and LOVE the mind games that are being played on Onaga..nicely done! Also I gotta say, the attitude that Gabrielle displayed..WOW. lol I suppose it's about time that she got a little bit of bite to her...after all not EVERYONE can be nice and polite 24/7 can they? Good work man.

Gabrielle sprints towards the dead marshes,nearly there when she hears a voice.

Voice 'STOP!'
Gabrielle looks around 'I must be hearing things...'
Voice 'You are not,listen.
Gabrielle 'Im alittle busy...'
Voice 'I said listen!'
Gabrielle 'That voice...Sabre?Its you isnt it?'
Sabre 'It is I,it doesnt matter.Listen to me,you have been brought back into the tournament.'
Gabrielle 'What!?No not now!Im busy god damnit,I have to find Tanya,not now no.'
Sabre 'I tell the truth,you must go back Gabrielle.'
Gabrielle continues to walk 'Im BUSY!'
Sabre 'Got a mouth to ya now dont ya?But seriously,you must go back,you want your shot at Onaga do you not?'
Gabrielle 'Of course I want my shot at Onaga,but im busy.'
Sabre 'What you are doing can wait,Onaga can not.Go back or have it continue without you.'
Gabrielle keeps walking and see's the marshes.Fallen tree's,mud soaked ground,a very disturbing place. 'Its right FUCKING THERE!'
Sabre 'Fine,you dont want to listen to me?Make the decision on your own.Onaga,or Tanya...'
Gabrielle turns around slowly 'How did you kn...' But Sabre is gone. 'BULLSHIT!'
Sabre voice echo's in the distance 'Your decision Gabrielle...'
Gabrielle sits on the ground,and buries her head between her legs 'What to do,what to do...'




Ghost steps out of his room,he scans the immediate area for any signs of Ryoko.

Ghost (good) 'We dont have to do this Ghost...'
Ghost (evil) 'Shut the fuck up,im controlling things now.'
Ghost smacks himself and walks off,continuing the search,continuing the mission for the death of Ryoko Hikari.

-Dead Marsh-
Gabrielle ponders on what to do. She finally has a chance to take out her sister and end this for good, but then she'd be deserting her friends for her own ambitions, and could very well be plungeing the realms into chaos.
As she sits there, she hears a strange whizzing sound coming from behind her. She turns her head to see that a spinning blade has been launched in her direction. She quickly bridges back and narrowly dodges the attack as the blade swoops by her head, cutting the tips of her hair. She regains her ballance and takes a deep breath.
Gabrielle-What the hell was that?!
The blade lands dead center into a nearby tree, splintering it down the middle, almost cutting it completely in half. Gabrielle approaches the blade with caution, the blade looses its shimmer and reveals itself to be a monk's hat. Gbarielle instantly realises the identity of her attacker.
Gabrielle-Oh no.
She looks around her, trying to find her target.
Gabbrielle-Kung Lao! Show yourself!
All she hears is water trickling and the sounds of wild life. Suddenly she hears a twig snap and turns around, only to be caught off-gaurd by Kung Lao's teleport kick, which shoots her several yards deeper into the forest. Gabrielle regains her composure and does several flips backwards to regain her balance. She scans the area, but since it's so condensed with trees, her sight is limited. She looks to her left, nothing. She looks to her right, again nothing. As she looks forward, she sees Kung Lao flip into sight and stare directly at her. He gets into his Mantis style as if ready to attack. Gabrielle takes out her staff and gets into her stance.
Gabrielle- Kung Lao, you were one of my trusted allies. But since you sold your soul to Sensui, you have become no more than an obsticle. KNow this, I wont be taken lightly, I will break through any obsticle that stands in my way. So prepare yourself!
However, Kung Lao does not answer, but instead quickly side steps to his side, revealing Lui Kang standing right behind him.
Gabrielle- What?!
Before she can make a move, Lui Kang shoots a fireball at her. Caught off gaurd, by the attack, she has no place to go but up. She straddles a tree behind her and actually flips backwards up the tree trunk. She climbs about 50 feet before reaching a branch, using her acrobatic skills, she flips off the trunk, grabs the branch, and swings on top of it.
Gabrielle-That was too close.
*Mortal Kombat style scream* (Think when Raiden torpedoed Kahn in Annihilation)
As Gabrielle quickly turns her head, she sees Kung Lao on an opposite tree at about the same height. Both warriors stare each other down for a second, and Kung Lao unleashes his hat again, Gabrielle quickly swings off to a higher branch just as the hat cuts through the one she's standing on. As she reaches the next branch up, she is hit by Kung Lao's Whirlwind Kick. Gabrielle is hit hard and she falls off the branch, down to the ground, now 70 feet below. Lui Kang is down there waiting for her as she is about to hit the ground. When Gabrielle falls to nearly the base of the tree, she is hit once more with Lui Kang's Bicycle Kick, shooting her through the thickest part of the tree. Gabrielle is launched through several more trees before she hits the ground and slides on the mud.
Although broused, Gabrielle gets back up.
Gabrielle- I've had enough all these constant beatings! She sinks into Savate and gets ready to attack. Sure enough, a split-second later, Kung Lao and Lui Kang appear to the left and right of her and do a double Flying Kick from both sides of Gabrielle. Gabrielle quickly jumps into tha air, hitting Kung Lao first with a kick to the head, and then wrapping her leg around Kang, then dropping him to the ground. She quickly takes out her Sectioned Staff and beats Lui Kang across the back several times, surely breaking his shoulder blades, and several ribs. On her next strike, however, her attack is blocked by Kung Lao's Broad Sword, thereby knocking her off balance from the recoil. As she stumbles back, Kung Lao comes in with a swift slash, grazing her new outfit, and cutting through only the mid-section fabric. Before Gabrielle can say anything, she is again assualted by Kung Lao's Whirlwind kick. However, this time she is able to block it with two of the pieces on her staff, then delivering a vicious blow to Kung Loa's knee with the third, popping his knee out of its socket. Kung Lao instantly falls to the ground before her. Exhausted, Gabrielle tires to catch her breath.
*Breathing Heavily* Gabrielle- That was my new outfit you insensitive jack ass.
Gabrielle falls to her knees and tries to relax, thinking that she had beaten the possessed fighters. Suddenly, she hears a sickening crunch coming from her opponent. The first to get back to his feet is Kung Lao, shattered knee and all. As he tries to take a step towards Gabrielle, he stumbles. Looking down, he sees that his knee is bent in the other way. With out so much as a pause Kung Lao snaps his fit infront of him, popping his knee back into place.
Gabrielle-Ugh.
She then sees that Lui Kang also has gotten up, arms hanging. He also thrust his chest forward, popping his arms back into place.
Gabrielle-This can't be happening.
The two monks stare at each other, then turn their heads to Gabrielle and charge her together.
Still worn out, Gabrielle quickly manages to roll out of the way and back to her feet. She instantly finds herself surrounded by the monks. Gabrielle composites her staff into one single weapon and readys her self. Lui Kang is the first to attack but is stopped in place, with a jab from the butt of the staff to his sternum. Kung Lao is next, and uses another flying kick to try and close the distance between him and Gabrielle as quickly as possible. Gabrielle quickly unhinges her staff and spins it around her to protect her from Kung Lao. The attack works, and Kung Lao is hit across the ribs and is sent back to the ground. With both monks on the ground, Gabrielle uses the staff as a whip and lashes both Lui Kang and Kung Lao across the back.
Unbeknownset to her, Sensui appears on a tree branch, high above the small clearing.
Sensui- Just as I had predicted. She has become much more stronger then in our first meeting. Had she stayed the same way, she may have already been killed.
A voice calls out from beyomd the trees. "ENOUGH!!!" Sensui remains hidden as Gabrielle confronts her new advirsery. The two monks, spring to their feet, and flip to the coming voice, landing on both sides and bowing.

SmokeNc-017, that match kicked ass. I loved how Kung Lao presented himself by throwing his hat! And the duo of Kang and Lao was great. You did a good job having Gabrielle get out of it. Her display was nice. And Sensui observing is also very cool.

I plan on writing another match-up by tomorrow, righ now I'm just exhausted.

Smoke! WOW I am in awe. I love the way you played that scene out! Gabrielle was depicted as EVERYTHING she was intended to be. You took full advantage of her agility (Superb) and you remembered that she was a FIGHTER, not just an emotional wreck. You and Rabid Both have given her a fresh attitude that I've gotta say I am liking very much. The timid Gabrielle of yestarday is gone, she's grown up after all she's seen and been through and it shows. Thank you.

Gabrielle stares in aw as the character steps forward,but concealing itself in the shadows.A loud booming voice comes through.

Voice 'Do you know who I am!?'
Gabrielle frantically looks around 'I cant even see your damn body.'
Voice 'SHUTUP!I could snap you in half at any minute if I wanted to.'
Gabrielle 'Try me.'
The character begins to step out of the shadows,but stops with only his foot exposed.He slowly drags it back in.
Gabrielle 'Whats the matter?Is the big bad man scared of a little light?'
A hand reaches out and grabs Gabrielle by the throat. 'Scared of a little light?You stupid bitch.'
Gabrielle's eyes begin to flare 'Stupid bitch!?Your just asking for a damn beating.'
Voice 'Try me...'
Gabrielle spits in his face,he tightens the grip around he throat as she begins to suffocate.

Tanya watches on from the distance,smiling evilly. 'Die bitch,die.' She continues to watch as Gabrielle begins to go limp.Tanya runs in.

Tanya 'She's mine,drop her.
The hand drops Gabrielle hard onto the ground 'And who the FUCK do you think you are?'
Tanya replies with a smile upon her face 'Your worst nightmare...'
Gabrielle 'Tanya....'

Tanya jumps towards the figure and connects with a kick,he stumbles backwards then grabs her and throws her into a tree.Gabrielle quickly kicks out is knee,as he bends onto one leg.She runs up to him and steps off of his knee and uses her own knee to smash him in the temple.He falls backwards as Tanya stands beside her.He quickly sits up.

Voice 'Think you can defeat me?Fools,no one can!'

Gabrielle and Tanya stare at eachother,and both nod.Gabrielle places her foot in Tanya's hands,as Tanya throws her high into the air with all her might.Tanya quickly flips backwards and shoots a fireball at the character,he stumbles back as Gabrielle comes down and delivers the kick crusher.He falls back as the two flee.

Gabrielle 'That was damn close.'
Tanya 'That shit was,but we took him out.'
Gabrielle 'Ya,we took that big fucker out...'
Tanya stares at Gabrielle 'Only for survival bitch.'
Gabrielle 'Only for survival...'

...WIth that Tanya turns herself invisable while laughing. Then all is silent. Gabrielle closes her eyes and grins. Did Tanya really think this was gonna work? Gabrielle knows her inside and out. Gabrielle listens intently and then suddenly..."THERE!" She calls out and grabs hold of the foot that was speeding towards her head. She sweeps the other leg out from under Tanya, who has now become visable, and sends her crashing to the ground.
Gabrielle - "Cheap trick bitch, and not at all useful against me. Or did you forget I can feel your presense...like some disgusting, vile wave?"
Tanya - "You know your problem Gabby? You talk to damn much!" Tanya, with blinding speed brings her free leg across Gabrielle's face slamming her to the ground beside her. Tanya stands up and Brings her leg straight up, intending to bring it down in an axe kick to crush Gabrielle's skull. However, Gabrielle rolls away avoiding the blow and get's to her feet. She charges Tanya and let's loose with a flurry of punches and kicks...Tanya blocks every one and grabs Gabrielle's wrist on the last punch flipping her back down to the ground. Gabrielle doesn't let go of Tanya's hand, however, and while holding her there she snaps her leg out in a lightining fast kick to Tanya's Jaw. She hears a crack and Tanya reels backwards. Taking full advantage, Gabrielle goes into her cartwheel dizzy. As Tanya is in the air, Gabrielle catches her with a mean uppercut on the way down. Gabrielle grins as she felt Tanya's nose cave. Tanya hits the ground hard, but manages to get up again. She howls and let's loose a fire ball at Gabrielle. With little time to act Gabrielle manages to Kartwheel out of the way of the first blast. Tanya continues to fire, and in an amazing display of agility, Gabrielle manages to dodge each one. Except the very last one. It catches her on her side and sends her flying backwards and into a tree.
Tanya "See sister dear? You will always be inferior next to me. Honestly I don't see what father ever saw in you. For a moment there I actually thought you had succeeded in breaking my Jaw, but you just rattled it a bit. Because you are weak! You always have been! " Tanya wipes the blood from her nose away and begins to walk over to Gabrielle's unmoving form. "What happened Gabby? Weren't you going to destroy me? Pfffft! Pathetic." Tanya crouches down and grabs her sister by the hair, preparing for the final blow. "Goodbye Sister, tell your mother I said hello!" With that, Gabrielle's eyes fly open.
Gabrielle - "Now who talks too much?" With a sneer Gabrielle Grabs Tanya by the throat and slams her head into the tree several times and then let's her fall. "And don't you EVER mention my mother again you dispicable filth!
Stand up, NOW! Face your death with some dignity! " Tanya Stumbles to her feet. Meanwhile a lone figure stands in the shadows and watches the handy work they brought about "Yes! Kill her, secure my destiny!" the figure whispers. Tanya stands glaring at Gabrielle. "You won't kill me, you don't have it in you. I'm family....no matter what I'm still your blood! " Tanya spits out some blood and laughs. "Wrong!" Gabrielle goes into the first three kicks of her Foot Neck Snap fatality, but before she can go into the fatal Roundhouse blow, she is snatched with lightening speed and slammed to the ground.
"Sorry, I can't allow that!"

Nice fight scene Taz, I was going to add something to it, but I don't know how to fit it in. So I'll have to wait until somebody else posts so then I might have a better idea. See, I was going to introduce Kim Shao, but I can't build off the ending, so it's not going to happen yet. Anyway, nice to see your work back on, and I'm glad you liked my little scene with Gabrielle against Kung Lao and Lui Kang.

Onaga towers over Gabrielle,as she stares up in disbelief.She is trembling in fear as Tanya watches from the ground.
Onaga stares down at Gabrielle 'Come little one,I will not hurt you.'
Gabrielle stares suspiciously at him 'How can I trust you?'
Onaga 'How can you trust anyone?With every decision,there is a risk.'
Gabrielle extends her hand 'Life isnt life without risk...'
Onaga grabs her hand 'Very good...' he stares into her eyes and smiles 'But this is a risk...you will regret!'
Gabrielle spits on him 'Bastard!I knew I couldnt trust someone as vial as you!'
Onaga 'But you did...you did.'
Onaga throws Gabrielle over his shoulders 'Children,so stupid these days...'
Anger fills Gabrielle's face 'I am NOT a child!' she grabs a dagger from Onaga's waist and stabs him in the back.He drops her instantly.
Tanya runs up 'Not so fast 'sister'.'
Tanya runs towards Gabrielle and gives her a hard kick to the temple,knocking her to the ground.
Onaga pulls the blade out of his back 'Little bitch has got a fight now,good job Tanya.'
Tanya walks up to Gabrielle 'Get up!' she kicks her in the ribs hard 'Get up bitch!'
Tanya hears rustling in bushes infront of her 'What is that?'
Onaga 'Probably just an animal,leave it,we have more important things to do.'
Tanya stares over,and begins to walk over,she steps on a twig snapping it.As she looks down to see she notices something as she quickly looks up and see's a figure scramble up the tree behind it.
Tanya 'ONAGA!Get over here!'
Onaga stares at the fallen Gabrielle and answers 'What is it now Tanya?Did you see a squirrel or something?'
She continues to look up 'No,not a damn squirrel.Something much big...what the hell is this?' she wipes her face and stares at her hand. 'BLOOD!?Onaga am I bleeding?'
Onaga 'No you're not bleeding...'
Tanya 'Something is leaking blood up there...'
A head of a Seiden guardsmen falls infront of her feet.
Onaga 'Lets go,hurry up.'
Tanya continues to watch on as she see's the leaves in the tree's rustling 'It's moving...'
She continues to watch then it stops.She frantically looks around 'Where did it go?Where did it go?'
A loud thump is heard behind the two.A character in a dark red robe stands next to Gabrielle.
Onaga stares in disbelief 'Leviathan...'
Tanya 'Who is it?'
Onaga does not answer,only stares at Leviathan.
He reaches down to Gabrielle,and picks her up.Tanya runs in but it stopped by Onaga.
Onaga 'Don't....'
Leviathan stares at Onaga 'One by one,your army will fall,Onaga.One by one...'
Leviathan turns around and looks over the side of a cliff,he looks back one last time. 'Watch your back...'
Leviathan jumps off the side of the cliff,with Gabrielle in hand.
Onaga and Tanya run to the side of the cliff and look over,nothing to be seen.
Tanya 'Who was that Onaga?'
Onaga 'That was...Leviathan...'

As Leviathan dissapears, Sensui decides that he has seen enough.
Sensui-Intresting, very, very intresting.
With that he free falls to the ground below, and warps back to the palace.

-Dragon King Palace-
Sub-Zero is walking through the hallways, pondering on who has the next move in this game of life and death. As he passes through one corridor, he hears a strange thud, and then the sound of stone breaking. As he looks down the hallway, a dragon gaurd is shot past his head, and into the wall, perpindicular to the hallway, smashing into the wall.
Sub-Zero-What the hell?
He leans against a wall and pears down the hall. Several gaurds are screaming in pain as each gets killed one by one. One gaurd attacks blindly, and is grabbed by his throat and picked up into the air. As he dangles, blood spills out of his mouth and onto his assailant, giving his arm a visible outline before his legs are ripped out from underneath him and he is shot to the ground.
The figure walks into a pool of blood, now leaving foot prints. Another gaurd, thinking he has an advantage attacks with a downward slash, right between the foot prints, only to hit the pavement with his blade. He is then tripped from the back, and as he is in mid-air he is punched straight through the abdomen.
The final gaurd, horrified by the massacre tries to flee, as he gets to nearly the other side of the hall, and the safety of a door, he feels something around his kneck which is strangling the breath out of him. He is then lifted in mid-air by the crimson hand and dangles there for a second. As he's twirling, he looks down and two glowing red eyes appear out of nowhere.
All the while Sub-Zero cautiosly treds behind the foot prints.
Sub-Zero-Who, or what did this?
As he round one corner to the hanging gaurd he sees the last moments of his life. The assassin's hand shimmers for a second and then turns red, stained with blood. The gaurd is then tossed overhead and kicked in mid-air, on impact his body explodes, covering the half of the assassin in blood. Th gaurds pieces shoot to a wall and then fall in a pile on the floor.
Sub-Zero decides it's time to face this lunatic and comes out of hiding, and catching a glimpse of the attacker.
Sub-Zero-Hod your ground!
The stealth assassin looks at him and turns his head, eyes glaring red. The assissin although in stealth, is covered in blood and reveals him self to be Smoke.
Sub-Zero-No! This can't be true.
Smoke says nothing and walks to the end of the hallway, phazing into vapor and passing through. Sub-Zero immidieatly flows, he tries to open the door, but it's completely shut. As he looks through the bars he sees that it is Ashrah's chamber, and a sleeping Ashrah. Smoke then rematerializes by her bedside.
Sub-Zero-Ashrah! Wake up! Ashrah.
However, there is no response.
Sub-Zero-Damn it! Fine I'll force my way in.
He shoots an ice blast at the door, freezing it instantly and then kicks through it.
Sub-Zero-Smoke! Stay where you are!
Smoke turns around and looks at Sub-Zero.
Smoke-Finally. I have been waiting for this for what seemed to be a life time. Sub-Zero! You left me behind one to many times! Now I will break our vowe. We will have an all out battle, either I kill you, or you kill me. It makes no difference.
By this time Ashrah has woken up to see both ninjas in her room. Completely unarmed, and some what underdressed she panicks.
Sub-Zero-Ashrah, get out of here!
Ashrah-What's going on?!
Sub-Zero-Just go!
Without a second thought, Ashrah quickly gets out of bed and runs out the room where the ninjas are left alone.
Smoke-I've waited six years, we finish this now.
Sub-Zero-Smoke your are mistaken, I never left you! But we couldn't risk the fact of a second invasion. I......
Sub-Zero is interrupted by a flying kick from Smoke, which gets Sub-Zero straight into the chest, sending him flying into a wall. He hits hard and falls to the floor.
Smoke-Get up, get up. I haven't waited this long to be so dissapointed.
With that, Sub-Zero flips on his feet and quickly shoots a blast of cold air, which fogs up Smoke's sensors for a second. Sub-Zero takes this time to run in, and hit Smoke across the head with a vicious round-house and then flip him over his shoulder and into a nearby dresser. Smoke smashes through the dresser and lands on his knees. Sub-Zero then gets into his Dragon stance.
Smoke-That's it, hurt me more! Make me feel it. Make me live again! Smoke dematerializes and then refroms behind Sub-Zero, grabbing him by his neck, and locking his arm in an Arm bar.
Smoke-I have wondered through the valley of shadows, I came back from death several times. Do not let me end it this way.
Smoke then kicks Sub-Zero on the inside of his knee, taking him to the ground, then bridges back and suplexes Sub-Zero into the ground, head first. Without letting go, Smoke flips over Sub-Zero and goes into another suplex, however, at the very pinickle of the rise, he releases Sub-Zero and shoots him into mid-air. Sub-Zero regains conciusness, only to see that Smoke has ran up the wall, and is at his level. As Smoke grabs on to Sub-Zero, Sub-Zero quickly counters, by freezing Smoke o contact, and shooting him to the ground, shattering him to pieces. As Sub-Zero lands on the ground he thinks it's over only to realize that something is missing, no blood leaked out of the ice prism. Smoke has engaged his optical stealth and is now even harder to fight.
Sub-Zero-Shit!
As Sub-Zero looks franticaly around the huge room, he suddenly feels a choking sensation around his throat. He quickly forms his Kori blade and cuts in back of him, releasing the tension. On his turn around he also unleashes a blast of forst, revealing Smoke's location.
Smoke-That's good Snake. Now, hurt me again!
Smoke forms an Ethear Blade, which is similar to Sub-Zero's Kori blade, and they charge each other. Sub-Zero comes down with a falling slice, while Smoke comes in with a rising one, which cancel each other out, and send shockwaves of energy through the room and other parts of the castle.
The two fighters break, and stare each other down. Smoke is the first to make a move, with a spinning horizontal slice at Sub-Zero's head, however, Sub-Zero brings his blade up just in time to block. The shock sends Smoke off balance, and open for an attack. Sub-Zero lunges in, only to hit a vapor image of Smoke. A mila-second later, Smoke comes down with a slash at Sub-Zero's back, but Sub-Zero rolls forward, narrowly avoiding it. Smoke flips over his sword and shoots it again at Sub-Zero on the way up. Sub-Zero runs up a wall and Smoke's blade gets lodged inside. Sub-Zero twists in the air, firing small, but lethal icicles at Smoke. Smoke does several back flips avoiding the attack. As Sub-Zero turns all the way around in mid-air he launches his sword at Smoke. Which also misses as Smoke runs up an opposing wall. The two meet in the middle and lock hands on the way to the ground. Both land together, hands still locked on the ground. As they stare each other down, they assault each other with kicks to the ribs, shins, stomach, and chest areas, while still holding on to each other. Finally, Sub-Zero jumps into the air and kicks Smoke with both feet, breaking the hold. Smoke slides back several feet.
Smoke- That's good Sub-Zero. Now we can fight as true warriors. Hand-to-hand is the basis of all combat. Only a fool trusts his life to a weapon. Now have at me!
Smoke and Sub-Zero jump into the air, with a vicious combo to one another, but manage to block each strike, then land completely unphased. The look behind them and see that the other one's blade is right behind them. The flip backwards, and pull each others weapons out of the walls, then rush each other once more. They lock blades in the center of the room, face to face.
Sub-Zero-Smoke, why?
Smoke-You wouldn't understand. This is the one thing that keeps me alive! The one thing that keeps me going!
The two ninjas break and then come in again. Smoke with an overhead, and Sub-Zero with a horizontal slice. Each blade shatters on impact. As it does, both warriors follow up with a hook kick which meets the other halfway, entangleing both fighters in a power struggle. Sub-Zero goes for a second kick to Smoke's head from the back but Smoke ducks and Sub-Zero goes to the ground. However, Sub-Zero uses the momentum to flip Smoke with his locked leg, straight on his head. Both of their legs unlock and Sub-Zero rolls out of the way. As he tries to stand on it, Sub-Zeros knee buckles and he falls to one of his sides. Smoke does a spinning star kick and also gets up, but his knee also shortcircuts and the both face each other, completely exhausted.
*Smokes Visor*
Smoke's visor begins to short out for a second, and reboot, saying arror, and then shorting out.
Smoke screams with pain and grabs his head as his eyes loose their glow.
Smoke-GGGGGYYYYYYYAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Smoke slams his head several times against the ground, making a huge dent, then suddenly stops.
Sub-Zero-Smoke? Smoke answer me!
Smoke then lifts his head, and his eyes are filled with surging energy as he goes completely insane and shoots all over the room, destroying everything around him and Sub-Zero.
Sub-Zero-Smoke what's happening to you?!
Smoke-I dont kn.....gggyyyaaaggghhhh!
He suddenly stops and stands perfectly still, then collapses on the floor. A shadow appears underneath him, and he is suddenly swallowed up into the darkness.
Sub-Zero-Smoke!!!!
The shadow takes the from of Noob.
Noob-To late, he's already mine.....little brother. Hahahahahahahahaha!!
Sub-Zero-What? What are you talking about? Answer me!
Saying nothing only laughing, Noob disappears from sight, leaving Sub-Zero in a room, with serious wounds, and a broken knee. His comrades come to him seconds later..........

Hope you guys like this. BTW, I know I've been slacking on the fights, so the Ravage VS Rajhul match should be up by 2-marrow. Later.

Leviathan lands softly on the ground below,with a waterfall behind them,he puts Gabrielle down.

Gabrielle 'Why did you stop him?'
Leviathan stares into the waterfall 'I have unfinished business with the so called 'king'.'
Gabrielle 'What do you mean by unfinished business?'
Leviathan stares towards her 'When I say unfinished business,I mean unfinished business...alright?'
Gabrielle 'Fine,have it your way.'
Leviathan 'Are you alright?Any cuts,or pain?'
Gabrielle 'Minor ones,nothing that I won't survive,I have been through worse...'
Leviathan 'I have seen.'
Gabrielle 'How long have you been here?'
Leviathan 'Long enough to know all the combatants...and to see every move of Onaga.'
Gabrielle 'Why do you want to kill him?'
Leviathan 'None of your damn business.I could go back up and leave you up there you know that right?'
Gabrielle 'Shutup,I could of done fine without you!'
Leviathan 'Prove it.'

Gabrielle stares at Leviathan,and quickly jumps to her feet.Leviathan slowly turns,his robe fluttering in the wind.

Leviathan 'You sure you want to do this Gabrielle?'

Gabrielle runs at Leviathan and plants both of her feet into his chest and pushes off,causing Leviathan to stumble backwards,as Gabrielle flips onto her feet.

Gabrielle 'Not so tough now are you?'
Leviathan only stares at her.

She quickly runs up to him,and tries to kick him in the stomache,he catches her leg. 'Cocky are we?' He brings Gabrielle's leg close to his neck,then throws her over his head,causing her to crash onto her back.She jumps to her feet and attempts a roundhouse but Leviathan somehow manages to catch her leg inches before his head.He holds it as she looks on as he throws her leg to the side and kicks her in her side,then takes out her legs.He tries to stomp on her chest but she moves and quickly kicks him in the temple.He crumbles to the ground as Gabrielle walks up to him.She leans over him to see whats under the hood.He up and does her own hurracanrana onto her from the ground.He whips her backwards and taps his boots twice on the ground,blades come from the bottom as Gabrielle begins to stand.She turns around as Leviathan runs at her and lifts his foot to her face,she freezes as the blades are inches from her face.

Leviathan 'Never ever do that.'
He puts his leg down and retracts the blades.
Gabrielle stares in disbelief 'I lost...'
Leviathan 'Dont get so cocky,dont get so sure an opponent is down,always expect the worse...'

-Dragon King's Palace:Minutes before the next round-
Onaga-Tanya, I have a tournament to attend to, report back to me with any furhter intel, is that clear?
Tanya-Yes, my lord
With that Tanya vanishes from sight. Onaga then enters the throne room to recide over the tournament.
As the fighters gather, several of them are a no show.
Ryoko walks up to Nightwolf.
Ryoko-Nightwolf, I'm worried about Gabrielle. She hasn't been around recently, and when I do see her she has been very distant. If that Hatsuma has done anything to her, I will tear him to pieces.
Nightwolf-Doing so will be fool hardy. And he has indeed tampered with Gabrielle, he hsa taken her heart and made her stronger.
As Ryoko is about to say something, the Dragon King appears in front of them in a blazing specticle of fire.
Dragon King- Well, let's get on with this. Would the next participants step forward. Rajhul and Ravage are up next.
With that, the sky darkens and a ball of energy comes down. The blast takes a human form, and is transformed into Rajhul.
Rajhul-Where is my opponent?
With out saying a word, Ravage steps into the ring.
Rajhul- You're joking. This machine is my opponent? Why not give me the match point?
Ravage-Unit Tk-787, initiating battle mode.
Ravages chest vents open up and release jet of steam. His visor glows as he gets ready fo battle.
Onaga-Let the next match begin!
The fighters are transported out of the temple and through time and space.
Up above a city setting, the clouds darken as a lightning storm commences. Two bolts of lightning come down from the sky and hit the top of a skyscraper. The bolts surge for an instant and then retract back into the sky, in their place stand the fighters.
Rajhul- A macine does not belong in a tournament created by the gods. You have defiled it long enough with your presence.
Ravage-Primary objective-Sub-Zero, all other non-compliant obsticles are subject to termination.
With that, Ravage powers up his ion jets and lifts several inches into the air, hovering for several seconds. As another lighning bolt hits, Ravage suddenly disappears from sight.
Rajhul-What?!
Ravage appears behind him and delivers a spinning round house kick to Rajhul's kidneys, shooting him forwad and into a nearby ventalation shaft, making a huge dent as he makes contact. Ravage lands on the ground and loads his rail cannon. He starts to charge up a blast that is aimed directly at Rajhul's back.
-Ravage's Visor-
Target:50 feet.
Loking on in 3....2....1,
Ravage's cross-hairs lock up and lock on.
Target: Locked, Fire!
Ravage unleashes a deadly rail blast at Rajhul. As the blast is about to hit, Rajhul his body disappears.
Ravage-Target Lost.
Rajhul-Behind you!
Ravage's head spins around to meet Rajhul's fist to his face. Rajhul makes solid contact and hit's Ravage in the visor, shooting him forward and straight off the roof. Ravage's frame falls from sight and to what seems to be an iminate doom.
Rajhul takes a deep breath, trying to recover from the shoot to the kidneys.
He holds his fist close to his chest and slightl winces.
Rajhul-Damn that hurt.
As lightning covers the sky, Rajhul hears a strange noise which is coming from the edge of the roof. As he takes a step forward, Ravage shoots up into the air with his ion jets.
Rajhul-Damn, I forgot he could do that! (Shouts) Very impressive for a machine. But not nearly good enough!
Rajhul shoots into the air, straight up at Ravage, and lodges his weapon into Ravage's side panel, seuring it in place.
Rajhul-Now you'll find out why the call thie Mortal Kombat!.
Rajhul drops from the air with Ravage still inpaled in his weapon. He comes down to the ground, and shoots Ravage to the floor, slaming him hard on the ground. Rajhul then extracts his weapon and begins to beat on Ravage from behind. His strikes cause deep scares and dents in Ravage's body. As he tries to swing down once more, Ravage kicks in is ion jets, and blows Rajhul up into the air. Rajhul shoots high into the atmosphere, atlest twenty feet above the skyscrapers roof. Ravage then appears behind Rajhul's body and grabs his head between his hand. He then shoots back down to the ground, Rajhul first. As Rajhul's head meets the solid concrete, he thinks its over until he feels a sudden immense pressure. Ravage is actually pushing hard into the ground and breaking through the roof, using Rajhul's head to do so. The concrete gives way, and both warriors fall through. Ravage uses his jets to increase the thrust, shooting Ravage several floors down.
Rajhul's body is hurled to nearly the half way point of the skyscraper. His forehead is bleeding badly and his conciusness is fading.
Rajhul-What the hell happend?
As he opens his eyes he sees Ravage land on his chestfull force.
Rajhul-Argh! Blood spills out of his mouth.
Ravage flips off his opponent and stares at his broken body.
Ravage-The flesh is a desgin flaw it's weak and unprotective frame is illogical.
Rajhul-You bastard, are you mocking me?! Look at yourself, you're not in the best of shape either!
Ravage runs a self-diagnostic and scans through the recieved damage.
Ravage-Damage assesed, intiating self-repair.
Rajhul-You can't!
With out saying a word, Ravage unleashes his nano-core now inside his body and it begins to glow. Suddenly, it dismantles and millions of nano-bots runs across his body and into his wounds. His wounds begin to glow and seal up in seconds. The core then retracts back into his body.
Ravage-Damage repaired. All systems running at max copacity.
Rajhul is dumbfounded at what he has just scene. The he is struck with a horrible truth. Unlease he kills Ravage in one blow, he has no chance of winning. But before he makes a move, Ravage wraps one of his tenticles around his throat and lifts him into the air. His visor glows as he looks at the suphicating Rajhul. He feeds an electric current through the tendril, shocking Rajhul. As his opponent screams in pain, Ravage whips him into all the corners of the room. He then retracts his tendril, and brings Rajhul face-to-face.
Ravage-You have become obsolete, your existance is no longer required. Logical course of action....termination.
Rajhul-I will kill you!
he spits blood onto Ravages visor and kicks him in the face, turning his head to the side.
Ravage turns his head around and faces him once more.
Ravage-Carrying out execution in 3, 2, 1.
Ravage hits Rajhul in the stomach and drags him to one of the glass paines. Then he shoots him through the glass and across the street, embedding him into a wall, several inches in. Ravage opens his chest plate to reveal a laser cannon, charged and ready to fire.
Ravage-Target:Rajhul....terminated.
With that Ravage launches the beam across the way at Rajhul's helpless body.
Rajhul lets out one final scream as his body is incinerated by the ion blast, causing in a violent eruption of blood and several body parts which fall to the street below.
With that, Ravage is transported back to the main cahmber back in Outworld.
Ravage very coldly states-Mission accomplished. He closes his chest, releases another jet of hot air and walks out of the room.

With the battle concluded, Ryoko decides it's time to find Gabrielle. She couldn't shake the feeling that something was happening to Gabrielle. Something, Ryoko feared, that might destroy her. She did not like the fact that Gabrielle would randomly disappear for odd amounts of time. And now she was nowhere to be found. As it was, Gabrielle barely talked to her anymore. Ever since the fight they had over Hatsuma...Gabrielle became more distant everyday. Ryoko longed for the way their friendship was, the days when they trusted each other without hesitation. But how could she tolerate Hatsuma? A being who, as far as she could tell, stood in the face of everything she believed in. How could Gabrielle..one of the purest souls she'd ever met ...have fallen for such a creature? Ryoko refused to believe that she had. She was convinced that Hatsuma had some sorcerous power over Gabrielle, and she would see it undone. First she had to find her.
'Best place to start would be her quarters. Might be a clue to where she's gone there.' Nightwolf watched as Ryoko slipped away.
"I knew she would do this."

As Ryoko rushed across the palace grounds to Gabrielle's room, she was unaware of the Slender female figure slowly emerging from the shadows. She looked at Ryoko racing towards that smaller buildings...and then shifted her gaze back to the main Palace.
"So Baraka, this is where you have come to hide. You are sorely mistaken if you think this so called 'Dragon King' will protect you from me. You and your whore have no hope of survival." With that, the the Figure brushed her red hair back from her masked face, and began looking for a way to get into the palace undetected.

-Gabrielle's Room-

"Damn! Nothing...nothing at all." Ryoko stood in the center of Gabrielle's room, she could find nothing in her search. Frustrated, she sat on the bed and looked down at the floor. "Where could you be? I don't understand." Ryoko was so wrapped up in her own thoughts that she did not notice Nightwolf enter the room with a guest.
"Ryoko?" She quickly looked up, startled.
"Nightwolf and...who is this?"
"This is Ashrah, she is here..."
"Ashrah?!" Ryoko stood up.."I've heard of you, you are a great demon hunter, said to come from the Netherealm itself"
"I am the same Ashrah you have heard of. " Ryoko looked at Nightwolf, puzzled.
"I brought her here because she has information for you regarding Gabrielle. I knew she was searching the area for an escaped Demon she had been after, and asked her if she had seen Gabrielle while she was going about it. Apparently She saw her yestarday. I knew that you would not leave this alone, so I decided I'd better help you not get into too much trouble" Ryoko looked sharply at Ashrah.
"Where?!"
"Your friend has gone to the Dead Marshes I was going about my personal business..when I saw her run off South West of here. The only thing that lies in that direction of any interest is the Dead Marshes."
"But that makes no sense...what could possibly be out there for her?"
"That I do not know, I only know what I saw. My own search is taking me in that direction. I will accompany you there if you like. I will aid you in finding your friend, so long as it does not stand in the way of my own search." Ryoko looked at Nightwolf, unsure of what to say. Nightwolf nodded his approval of the plan.
"Alright, Ashrah, thank you. We must leave immediately however, for I have an uneasy feeling that Gabrielle is in more danger than any of us realize. I failed her once..I will not do so again." With that, Ashrah and Ryoko set out to retrieve Gabrielle.

As Ashrah and Ryoko are about to depart, they feel a dark aura approahing. Ashrah's Kriss Blade begins to surge uncontrolably and burns her hand. She drops the sword instantly and recoils in pain.
Ashrah-Aaagghh! What the hell was that? I've never felt that sort of power before.
Ryoko-Sensui? No, it's not. This is a power that I haven't felt before. It feels.......empty.
As Ryoko looks aroun, she can't seem to pinpoint the source of the power. As she lets her gaurd down she hears a low voice.
?????-Ba'al Flame.
As soon as she turns around she, and Ashrah are surrounded by a green circle made of fire. Yet it doesn't eminate heat, instead it feels ice cold.
Ryoko-What's the meaning of this? Do you know who I am? Release me at once!
?????-Quiet!
The flames burn brighter

Ryoko-Are you saying Gabrielle is the one?
?????-No, if you challange him head one you will die swiftly.
Ryoko-You dare question my power?! Show yourself and we will see who is stronger.
A sillohuet appears beyond the flame, and stares at Ryoko. By this time, Ashrah has gotten over her injury and walks up to Ryoko.
Ashrah-Who is he?
Ryoko-I don't know but if he challanges me, he will be a dead man.
Ashrah looks down at her Kriss blade as it surges with energy. She puts her foot underneath it and kicks it into the air, as it twirls on the way down Ashrah preforms a flip kick, sending the surging sword at the silohuet. As it's about to hit, the sword hits a barrier and shoots back at Ashrah who quickly dodges it and lets it shoot through the flame on the other side.
Ryoko-Ashrah, stand your ground I will deal with this idiot myself.
Ashrah-As you wish, just don't get killed.
Ryoko steps forward, full intent on taking on the stranger.
?????-I may have come from the afterlife, but don't think that I won't send you there.
Ryoko shoots a blast of concentrated light at the silohuete which goes right through.
Ryoko-Gottcha! What?
To her surprise the silohuet reforms.
?????-You have been warned, if you die here, it is of your own fault.
The figures eyes squint as their glow becomes more intence. The flames around Ryoko and Ashrah intensify, as a blast is created in the place of the silohuet.
The blast is launched at Ryoko and Ashrah with blazing speed. Ryoko is unable to block at such a close range and is hit dead on. The blast shoots through both Ryoko, and Ashrah as the let out a scream and are engulfed in freezing and burning flames They both collapse to the floor as the flames on their bodies die out. The flames around them morph into an undead dragon and rises to the ceiling before shooting into the ground and disappearing, leaving no trace or markings that it ever existed.
Moments later Nightwolf Nightwolf comes in to find the two warriros on the ground. He quickly rushes over to Ashrah and tries to wake her up.
Nightwolf-Ashrah wake up. C'mon open your eyes!
Ashrah wakes up with a gasp for air.
Ashrah-What the hell was that?!
Nightwolf-What are you talking about?
Ashrah-We were attacked and.....
Nightwolf-Get a hold of yourself. Listen I'll get back to you, I have to go help out Ryoko.
Ashrah-Yes, she was hit harder then i was.
Nightwolf walks up to Ryoko and holds her in his arms.
Nightwolf-She's ice cold! It feels as if her essence was drained. I need to do something.
Nightwolf starts chanting and his body begins to glow a blue flame and the howling of wolves is heard. Nightwolf opens his eyes as they glare white and a wolf spirit leaves his chest and enters Ryoko. She glows blue and instantly revives.
Ryoko-(gasp) What....what was that?
As she looks up she sees Nightwolf come out of his trance.
Nightwolf-Welcome back to the world of the living.
Ryoko has a slight blush as she realizes that she's being craddled and gets up instantly.
Ryoko-Nightwolf, I..Er....That is to say..... thank you.
Nightwolf-Ryoko, I'm glad to see that you haven't lost your stirness. What happened?
Ryoko-On our way out we were attacked.
Nightwolf-You look fine though. Who was it that attacked you? Sensui?
Ryoko-No, somebody else, somebody with great power.
Nightwolf-Listen you need to find Gabrielle, I'll see if I can figure this out. Good luck to you.
Ryoko-Thank you once again. I don't know what we would do with out you. Ashrah, are you coming?
Ashrah-Ofcourse.
Ashrah finds the spot where her Kriss blade was lodged after it went through the flames. As she pulls it out, she discovers that it is all but disintegrated. The sword has turned ash black and has molten cracks on the blade, almost as if it was dipped into lava.
Ashrah-Damn it! Whoever or whatever attacked us definently has power to do this to my blade. Anyway, let's get going.

Sweet addition Smoke. Well written and I gotta say I'm very interested to know of this Mystery Being, that has made a powerful introduction. Keep up the good work man. You and Rabid both do great work.

Ryoko and Ashrah begin to set off to the dead marshes.

Ryoko 'Hmmm...I wonder who that could of been...'
Ashrah 'I am not sure,very powerful indeed though.'
Ryoko 'We will find that out later,for now,we must find Gabrielle.You sure you saw her go this way?'
Ashrah 'As sure as I will ever be.'


-Outskirts of Dead Marshes-

Gabrielle sits on a rock,thinking.
Gabrielle 'How did I lose,I can never lose...'
Leviathan washes his hands in the stream behind him 'Its all concentration,you cannot get caught off guard,always expect the worse.'
Gabrielle looks up 'How do you know all this?'
Leviathan 'Past experiences...'
Gabrielle 'Like?'
Leviathan 'Like the things that are none of your business...'
Gabrielle 'Oh ya,how could I ever think of asking 'Mr Silent' a question.'
Leviathan 'No one knows my past,at least not anymore...'
Gabrielle 'I see...'
Leviathan snaps on her 'NO!You never will see,you never will feel what it is like to be me Gabrielle!'
Gabrielle 'And how do you fucking know this?How do you know how i would feel?'
Leviathan 'I just do...'
Gabrielle here's a yell 'Gabrielle!Gabrielle where are you!?'
Gabrielle 'Ryoko...i'm down he...'
Leviathan grabs her from behind and covers her mouth.
Leviathan 'Shhhh....listen...'
A loud voice comes from deep in the forest 'LEVIATHAN!!!!Show yourself Leviathan!'
Leviathan 'I knew he would come...'
Onaga steps into site,and Leviathan pulls Gabrielle behind a bush 'Leviathan!'
Leviathan 'Stay here Gabrielle,dont move,I will be back.'
Gabrielle watches as Leviathan quickly climbs the tree and jumps to another.
Leviathan's voice is heard from a tree 'Onaga,I knew you would come...'
Onaga 'There you are...come out and fight me!'
Leviathan's voice now comes from behind Onaga now 'But why?Why when I could just KILL you from here?'
Onaga 'Because...'
As Onaga is turned around,Leviathan drops down behind him and whispers into his ears 'Because I could take you on right here!'
Onaga turns around and is hit with a roundhouse kick from Leviathan,he stumbles backwards. 'NOW!'
Gabrielle watches on as Hotaru hits Leviathan in the face with a large branch,knocking him out. 'Shit...'
Onaga 'Come on Hotaru.' he throws Leviathan over his shoulder 'Lets take out the trash...'
The two head off laughing as Gabrielle stares on in disbelief.

BTW,great job to both of you guys.This thing is alot of fun,and am hoping to keep it going for much much longer.Also,I wish to have alot of the old people from the beginning back to the thread.I have pm'ed some of them,and havent heard from any yet,time will tell.

Hey guys, sorry it's been a long while. I've jus been checking in and out ocassionally without contributing. Heck, I haven't even read the story, after the last fight I wrote with Keilienaten VS Sabre. DOn't take it personally, or think I'm selfish. I've been very busy. Shit, I haven't had continued on the novel, but I just got back on track. It's hard, but fun to write a novel, an MK novel.

NEways, another reason I havent had a chance is because ever since they changed the site it's been running slow through my work's computer, that it takes a lot of time to load the site. By the time it works, my boss comes to my desk, and I must click out of it. Sucks. At home, my bro uses the computer until he goes to sleep, and that's almost never.

I'm going to go through and read the story, of what I missed out, and finally add som things to it. I also want to know what fight scenes have been written, not written, want to be written, and th sub plots that have been created. Plz help me catch up.

Oh, btw, for everyone entering the 3rd Tournament, Listen Up. The next tournament will involve a bit more out of your time, rather than just creating your character. So, be aware of when i post the new rules towards the end of this tournament. I'm sure people like TomTaz,Rabid,SmokeNc, and Slim will love this concept!
