it looks totally cool, but somehow it reminds me of Quan Chi. but who the fucks cares about that. 5 + / 5 lovely details.

the wings are a bit much. other than that, it's great. 4/5

I'm not crazy about the proportion of the skull to the neck, or how the skull is sitting on the neck/body in general. And, if I were bright enough to have thought of this concept, I would have made Scorpion's wings more gothic/batlike. Other than that, phreaking awesomeness. 3.75/5

its cool, but the skull looks weird on the body

The artwork I really like but I'm not so sure I like the story. Something about malicious Elder Gods just doesn't sit right with me. I mean every time we've seen the Elder Gods they're protecting something so I think they'd be more sympathetic with Scorpion wanting to protect his family rather than go out and cause more death.

Well, my intent wasn't to make the elders seem "malicious", but rather, not ones to be in favor of disturbing the natural flow of things. In their pursuit of this balance they may periodically make decisions that seem cold or unfair.

Their decision to deny Scorpion the ability to retain his family's souls was done to keep Scorpion in line with their views on "natural order"... definitely not to be cruel to Scorpion.

Naturally, Scorpion took their decision personally. I would expect no less.

the bio is pretty good,but i don't like his aappearance.
It's true,scorpion is some sorta of demon-infernal spawn but you exxagerate in this sense.
for example i don't see why his skull is directly connected with his body,as if the skull is his REAL face.
and he looks a bit muscolar to me.
he also desn't looks like a warrior,but like a scary monster.
and,i don't know if this was your goal or not,but if you haven't written the word "scorpion" and his fce wasn't a skull i never imaged that guy was scorpy!

As always, I'm in awe of your talent, Aculeus. However, I don't think I like this representation of Scorpion much. Like Stephen said, the way the skull is connected to the neck makes his head look smaller than the rest of his body, and just looks awkward. Also, beyond the spear....there's no real way you can distinguish that this is Scorpion other than guessing with the skull.

however i have to say that the art itself is great...
my vote is 4/5 but i clearly don't vote for not ruining his almost perfect vote rankings,'cause he deserves to have a high ranking.
repeat the art looks good as your habit,but again he seems everything except scorpy.
however if this was your goal,i can add the missing point for having 5/5.

I'm just not digging the concept. He's fucking scary... a big black dominatrix kinda scary. Sorry man, but I just don't feel it. A wraith like scorpion really has no need being so pumped, and the skull with that thick massive neck just looks odd. The angel wings are just corny and to be honest, detracts from the demonic, soulless image I have of scorpion.

On the other hand the rough rope bound around his middle is a really cool idea. Gives him an eerie primitive feel, which actually suits Scorpion well. I get the feeling that's what he would've looked like just after becoming a spectre.

I will never criticise your artistic abilities. You, Bleed and Jax007 leave me speechless on a regular basis. But your idea here is just one I really really disagree with. And that's cool, because it's unique and it's individual. And I guess in the end that's the important thing.

Basically, you just hit the nail on the head.

Let's face it, who would REALLY want Scorpion to have fallen angel's wings in the game... not me. I just wanted to put something out there that was a departure from his current look and theme while still staying true to certain aspects of Scorpion, like the harpoon and his vengeful disposition.

Another goal of mine was to really get away from his ninja look. When Scorpion became obsessed with revenge and started screaming "get over here!", he ceased to be a Ninja. The concept of revenge goes against many of the basic fundamentals of Ninjitsu. I thought it would be cool to give him a look that was more monstrous, in effect, more akin to his true nature.
