Scorpion is Scorpion, but its a great piece of art. I like the older hooded theme from the more streamlined masks he gets today. We hope you will come and visit us more often!

I too prefer your classic, loose hoods and cloth wraps style of ninja for Scorpion over the tight tights and insectile armor they've been sticking him with lately.

I think you draw the spear too fancy though, but that's just my personal taste. I like a simple kunai, no embellishments.

On topic, I really like this depiction of Scorpion. The spear looks decorated but lethal, which I'm sure was your intention. And his outfit is more of what a ninja would probably wear, as opposed to the weird armor Midway is so keen on giving him. Kudos.

Well...the one in the games pretty much looks just like the one in your signature. You're the one who chose to draw it with all those stylish curly shapes, lol.

Realistically it makes good sense. It's hooked and barbed, meaning it causes a lot more damage when putting it out. I personally like the design, it makes more sense than the standard blade.

Not only that, but it also makes it more difficult to pull out, which is useful when the goal is to make sure the opponent comes with the spear as Scorpion reels them in.

Why don't you work for Netherrealm Studios? As Crow said, Scorpion is Scorpion, but you understand what makes a great design. Spandex isn't cool.

The spear in my sig is merely to pay homage to an existing design- one I wouldn't have created. Crow and Jerrod are right, that's exactly why I added barbs in opposing directions. The standard spear would pull right out- the one in the illustration wouldn't.

Wow, I love this. Love the spear deign and the clothing and background are solid. I think it looks cool that it doesn't portray his typical hellspawn self and more of an Arabian feel from the robes and hood, kind of like Assassins Creed or Prince of Persia. Looks awesome!

You still have the best fan-made Scorpion. I hope the alt in the game gets close to something like this because that spandex trip they have him on lately is bleh....

Somehow you always make Scorpion look more authentic than Scorpion in the actual games. If they made him look like this in the future, that would be jus swell. I especially like how the yellow of his costume isn't too bright. Keep it up
