So, Johnny is pretty much a solid lock for the game. Concerning the ring around Sonya's neck from that footage, it probably deals with something that'll be covered in Story Mode or the comic. I doubt Cage will be skipping this one as Raiden's currently low on 'Champions' at the moment.
Erron Black is a Black Dragon. Well, given the name, that's not exactly a shocker but I like it. I'm glad Kano isn't exactly in it by himself this time around and they have someone seemingly a hell of a lot cooler than Jarek or Kobra *shudders* to pair him with.
Kotal getting back to business as usual is something else I like. Just another reason why I really, really like this character and hope he sticks around for a good while after MKX. He gets shit done but still acts like he has a brain and knows how to use it the correct way instead of rage hammering his way through shit like Shao every chance he gets.
I'm thinking more and more Sub-Zero is Bi Han. I can't put my finger on the exact reason but I just feel like since it's an alternate timeline, NRS are pulling a Robert Kirkman and changing up who gets the scar like how TWD show takes events from the comics and just switches who it happens to for the show so that it still occurs for the fans but it's "different" enough to come across as something new.
It's like no one remembers the MK9 hype! They literally did the same shit last game to preserve the "mystery" of which Sub-Zero it was until pretty late in the pre-release marketing. I'll bet they do it again next game because you guys will eat it up every time. For real, if the soulnado cleansed Noob Saibot, somehow purifying him, he would have been on Earthrealm's side during the Netherealm war. Either way, that random Black Dragon schmuck wouldn't have brought up to SUB-ZERO how he used to work for Quan Chi, because Bi-Han was never SUB-ZERO when he worked for Quan Chi. On top of that, it was never really common knowledge to everyone that Noob Saibot was the wraith of the old Sub-Zero anyways. Sub-Zero is almost definitely Kuai Liang. Even still, with all of the evidence, this is far from confirmed. It's just logical, and imo obvious, speculation.
