April 23rd saw the official introduction of Kronika and a fresh batch of kombatants whose goals threaten the realms, time, and reality itself! With in-game customization, revised gameplay, and a dramatic time-twisting story -- the only constant through it all is the fighters! Therefore there's never been a more compelling time to take stock and ask: Who is the Supreme Mortal Kombat Champion?

The annual voting tournament returns to dissect and assess the current state of the series. MK Online invites the entire kommunity to enter the Fan Koliseum for another year of daily polls that will challenge sixty-four fighters from past and present in elimination battles! Rumor: Spanish Voice Actor Exits Unannounced MK Game

There remains no official announcement for an expected follow-up to Mortal Kombat X or Injustice 2, but a disgruntled Mexican voice actor may have given the most public acknowledgement of something in the pipeline from Warner Bros.

In a story picked up by Gameinformer; Lalo Garza took to Twitter last week to voice displeasure over a disagreement with Spanish localization company Pink Noise Studios.

The company removed the actor, who voiced Kung Lao and Reptile for the Spanish language market, following an alleged professional dispute. Translated to English, Garza's original tweet laments: 'How sad that a company that wanted a lot ends up making decisions that affect both [myself and] you, the consumers. Goodbye Kung Lao and Reptile.' Despite using the "MortalKombatXI" hashtag, he later clarified that he does not know if the new project was a direct sequel to Mortal Kombat X.

Lost Kontent: Tobias Shares MKvDC Comic Art & MK4 Reptile

Digitized live-action graphics defined Mortal Kombat in its seminal incarnation, but many of the series' most iconic characters began life as design sketches by franchise co-creator John Tobias!

This weekend Tobias will discuss klassic digitized characters at San Diego Comic-Con [full story], but the talented artist also recently shared a mix of MK drawings from more recent eras! These include character sketches of Reptile and Liu Kang, as well as uncolored pencils from the official Mortal Kombat versus DC Universe comic book!
