I don't think the decision to use Wendy was that bad with consideration of her physical training history. Kitana has never seemed to look the same in different medias anway.

Whatever problems you have with the characters in this film will not be addressed by contacting the actors. They have read the script and are very much aware of what they signed up for. These people are here to have fun, and extend their acting resume. They are not "fanboys". EVERYONE is working for free. EVERY location is used for free. EVERY costume comes out of my pocket. EVERY fight scene or stunt is practiced, learned, and perfomed without help of technology and strings. Random girls I know have been doing makeup. I am VERY LUCKY to have a person participate in this project. A fan film no less.

Yes this may be a no-budget production, but we treat it with the same respect of any other Hollywood movie. I am open to suggestions and feedback, but they know that at the end of the day that if I decide or NOT decide to change something, that whatever the director decides to do goes. Your rude remarks certainly arent going to help.

However the finished product turns out I will accept ALL liability, the good and the bad. There could be a radioactive explosion on the same block we are filming, and people will still say how they think I could of worked around it or done something better. But I am not a copout and I accept all flack.

I have to agree with Zentile. Sonic, you have absolutely no respect for this project, nor this forum in general. What you did to the actress was beyond unethical. It's fine that this project isn't your cup of tea, and while there's nothing wrong with expressing you're opinion, flaming/trolling isn't. Don't throw a fit because he calls you out on it; The problem lies with your own actions. Be a man and own up to them.

The director of this movie is doing this out of his own pocket. He owes you absolutely nothing. He doesn't have to make this movie, and I personally am VERY impressed with his abilities as a director from what I can see. If you feel you can do better, then feel free to show us what you can come up with.

As for the film, I love low-budget indie films and this one already has a lot of charm from what I've seen.

Regardless of what's been said, I think the actress playing Kitana looks the part. And with her martial arts background, you're definitely lucky to have gotten her on board! She looks the perfect age to play her too (I could never take a 19-20 year old Kitana seriously)
