only 4 inch Raiden is cancelled not the 6 inch as for Johnny I heard he is pushed back until August.

Just wanted to let you guys know, I picked up Sub-Zero at FYE today. They had Raiden and Scorpion as well, but they're selling for $14.99 :(
I'm going to wait for TRU to get them. The quality isn't bad. Like everyone else said, better than the promo pics.

Glad you like them. Even though I already have these on order from BBTS (scheduled to get here next Thursday) I went to both my local FYE and TRU to see if they had them but sadly they did not Do you have any pics of them? I've only seen one set of in-hand pics but I wasn't real impressed with the figures from what I saw.

They may have based the 4' molds off the 6' to some degree; these cancellations/delays could be the result of complaints about the larger ones. To date, I don't think we've seen any of the 4' figures except the Cyber-ninjas. It wouldn't surprise me.

So, some stores already got these?

Besides, I may leave in mint on card. I will say that the Frozen Sword he comes with is god awful. Would've been cooler if it was clear or a realistic looking sword. It looks like a piece of candy. Either way, I want Jazwares to make more figures. I showed my support, but the character choices need to be better. I'm just not excited about figures of the same old characters. They need to make a Shao Kahn figure, and more females!

Just got my figures. Haven't taken them out of the package yet but from what I see I'm gonna say I'm pretty disappointed. Sub-Zero imho is the best looking one of the bunch but his side are inaccurate. He should have these metallic looking buckles on his side as well a seam on his undershirt that isn't there. Scorpion looks ok but my biggest complaint is the straps under his arms are incomplete. The figure seriously looks like a bad proto. Raiden is the worst though, his headsculpt is bad, he has no eyebrows and to top it all off, mine had a black smudge on his face so I'm probably gonna send him back for a replacement. Another thing that bothers me is the flesh parts on the figures are painted flesh color rather than molded in flesh colored plastic. This has always been a pet peeve of mine when it come to cheaper toys. overall I'm rather disappointed in these figures. Unless Jazwares steps up their game, I doubt I'll be purchasing anymore MK figures from them in the future (unless they make Shao Kahn, I don't care how crappy he looks, I need a damn Shao Kahn figure). Seriously these figure look like a big step backwards from the Shaolin Monks figure whch saddens me. In all honesty, the protos are a very good representations of what you actually get so if your un-decided on whether to get these just look at the promo pics and the final product looks pretty much the same. Anywho I'll try to get some pics up later tonight.

Note: Scorpion does not come with a chain to attach his kunai (spear) with. I just used one of those twisty ties that come with other figures.

It's a shame the don't look as great as they could be, however, I will admit they look much better than they originally looked in those first pics.

I'm guessing Raiden looks still ugly based on some recent posts and Johnny was so freaking bad that thats the reason they removed him from the line.

Will we get some Johnny? I hope so.

Can't wait for Sonya. I hope they don't screw her up.

Raiden looks like Hank Hill. Whats worse is they didn't even give him eyebrows.

Scorpion is ok but his straps under his arms are unfinished which is a huge bummer.

Sub-Zero is the best of all of them but even he has his problems like he's missing the buckles on his sides.

The articulation doesn't seem to be as good as previous figures. There is no bicep articulation and the torso articulation only moves sideways and not back and forth which is ridiculous given that the torso articulation is mid torso rather than at the waist. Also the legs don't really move forward or backwards, just sideways. Not to mention the flesh parts on them are painted rather the molded in flesh colored plastic which is a real peeve of mine on cheaper figures.

Overall I'm actually disappointed in these. Unless I'm really impressed with series 2 I think I may end up skipping them.

According the countless people bitching on the Jazwares facebook page, Ermac has been cancelled & Noob Saibot will take his place.
Toy Wiz has Noob listed, but last time i looked...Ermac was still their.
Jazwares really needs to pull their heads out their asses & forfeit the license to someone more deserving that can do the characters justice.

Any news or updates on their next figures?

I hope they manage to get AT LEAST to a second wave.....-_-
