The way the tweets have been going with some people finishing one day while another comes in the next... does anyone think this will be multiple storylines rather than one long story arc?

Like, it seems as if Jax/Sonya/Kano had their story finished, and we now know that Shao Kahn/Kitana/Mileena are working on theirs, Johnny Cage was in the middle around the time Cyrax showed up, etc

I dunno, I'm getting the feeling each episode will be a solo story involving a specific group. Allisa Dillman, the costume designer, even said that there will be eight episodes with two as "two parters", which still equates to ten episodes total... but I'm wondering if she meant eight storylines, with two storylines branching over two episodes.

I'm excited either way, but it seems like it's less a movie in ten parts, and more anthology style.
