How the fuck can any of you claim with any certainty that "KINTARO'S DATA IS IN THE GAME HERP DERP"?

All we know is that his bio and ending were written,and he might make an appearance in story mode,but none of it is set in stone.

You bring up a good point,many of the failed characters suffered due to so so moves(i believe this was one of drahmins main problems. She may be a good sign whether the mk team can solve some of the new character problems they have had if they are allowed to focus on a few instead of a half a cast worth at a time.

Edit: Believe it or not, not everyone here has spoiled themselves on everything from the data dump.

Movesets have always been my creative thing,made some on the midway boards for mk vs dc,they were well received. Chances are they wont have something like it,but they will probably come up with something better,they have been doing a heck of a job with moves so far.

Why would they do an April fools in a MAY issue? Its not even amusing or anything...

Anyways, I would have liked Goro and Kintaro to remain unplayable...unless they are completely balanced with the rest of the cast.

And that makes the info untrue...how? IIRC, the "likes/dislikes" part of the bios for the first three MK games had little jokes like this, much like ANY other franchise. Why does having such a minor joke in there automatically invalidate the data? And just because it's being released so close to April Fool's Day doesn't automatically mean that it's fake; just how many legitimate game announcements were made on April 1st, that people initially thought were fake? Honestly, you guys are being way, way too cynical and suspicious for your own good.

And would you guys PLEASE STOP with the Rain whining? He's already been discounted several times as being in the game or DLC, so shut up about how much you want him in there. Seriously, you're acting like the game's entire status depends on whether or not he's in it.

Anyway, Kintaro looks pretty badass; can't really tell if he keeps his digitigrade feet from MKA (it looks like they split the difference and gave him shorter degitigrade feet that are walked on like plantigrade feet), and the hands are a bit more like dexterous paws than anything (sorta like how some Furries draw anthro animal hands), but overall, it's pretty sweet. Can't wait to play him, even if I hate his ending.
