since liu kang has some dragon chi to him and hornbuckles green id hope if they ever made him he would be a half dragon or dragon humanoid (onaga but not lame lol and smaller) so a shokan (but actually half dragon not just extra limbs)

This fan-named "Hornbuckle" was confirmed to be one of the cultist guardians of Onaga who hunted down Blaze. So unless Blaze makes an appearance, I wouldn't want "Hornbuckle" to appear either... and I don't want Blaze to appear, so there you go.
