never understood the point of stryker. and it looks like they took one of sonyas old limo driver hats and stuck it on him. guy looks bland, boring and everything stryker you want to be. a complete waste of a character slot. this dude is mokap with handcuffs. (vomits in mouth)

Awesome shots. Im really curious to see the "surprises" on the roster but at the same time I hope it's worth it since it might mean(i said might people) bumping off good characters from the starting roster

Hmmm...how interesting.
As said, it looks like Kitana's hair has had some improvement (but then again, it is a screenshot), and I like Stryker's look. Funny thing is, I couldn't stand him in MK3, but now I can't wait to see what he's all about.

And Scorpion's Hellfire Kick screen FTW!

I still say Scorpion's backflip kick was way better when he did it as if he was wearing fire-rollerskates...but eh, at least it's in the game.

If he wasnt iconic would he be in this game confused.
he is iconic trust me anyone from the mk1-mk3 period can be a icon.
Hes the only cop in the story it sets him apart from the rest maybe you dont understand but he is.

Oh, definitely not. That guy is clearly (and probably purposely) looking at Stryker on very shallow level. To really appreciate the character, you got to understand his function in the series as a whole.

Stryker doesn't look too bad. The biggest reason why I despised him in MK3 was his look. Like... Joey from Full House after a large meal... I don't know, there was something off about him.

He looks a little more bad-ass now. Makes me interested to see some of his gameplay, and the fact that they've made me interested in Stryker at all is another indication of the solid job they're doing with these characters.

When you hear people talk about MK you NEVER hear them talk about Stryker unless its how much he sucks again not saying he does and he looks BADASS in this game but he was never an iconic character. Hes in the game because he fits in the story

Also by your logic Sheeva is iconic and that in itself is lol
