I believe it's because his hat isn't backwards like it was in UMK3. They should make the cap face the opposite way.

Please let there be an option to turn that hat backwards.

Exactly what I thought of Stryker in MK3. Now he looks like a trained proffessional, like an ex-soldier.

Stryker looks perfect, truly the boss he used to be in MK3 but more agile and athletic. Kitana's hair looks much much better now, pleased to see that. Still loving Scorpion's backflip kick. The Garden looks divine. I love little updates like this.

Stryker was never a character I really liked, but I'm glad he's included. Still though, I don't see why everyone is so ecstatic about his costume. It's basically a touched up version of his MK3 outfit. He now has some elbow/knee pads and a forwards cap... I don't see anything too groundbreaking.

I was especially keen on his Tazer in MKA. If it wont be integrated into his actual specials. I hope it makes it into his X-RAY or one of his Fatality's at-least.

Waste of a slot? Fuck no.Stryker is the biggest bad ass of MK. An everyday cop is going toe to toe with super powered freaks. He's fucking awesome. He may not be the most known character, but after years of jokes and bastardized revivals its about time the old Stryker is back and in shape. The more people make fun of him the cooler he becomes to me.

Stryker is a hero among men, I mean hell he was the only one in his city that survived Kahns extermination squads, if that's not badass I don't know what is.

I absolutely love how people hate a character but when that character get a shiny new look those same people are on their knees singing praises, writing love letters, and slitting their wrists as a sacrifice for said character. I just love it.

On another note, I also like how Kitana's hair is flowing. Seems like they're stepping up the physics. The hair also seems to have individual strands. COOOL. Stryker looks cool as well!

You know i always like styker because he reminded me of the SWAT guys here in my home town. Belive me, there pumped the hype up back in the 90's about them and so i grown to like stryker!

That said, its good to see his model is intact with his mk3 attaire.

I dig everyone getting excited about Stryker - but I don't get what everyone's going on and on about his new look. He looks exactly the same as he did in MK3 (instead there's more black than white), and his hat looks like a locomotive conductor's hat.

Still, good to see him, and I wish there were more screenshots of new arenas (good to see Shang Tsung's garden) like the rooftop, street or Goro's Lair, as well as more new characters in action (Stryker) like Liu Kang, Jade, Goro, Ermac!
