A troll is someone who posts provocative things on forums in order to get reactions from the people there. Then when called on it or cornered, they will attempt to change the story and say it was all a joke or something similar.

On topic, I am actually just finishing up a Rain design that is rather scant, though I don't think it is inherently sexual... More like an "in touch with his element" type of shindig, and all that jazz. I think a character with water powers should be less covered up.. I'd go into a detailed explanation of why but I just don't feel like it right now.

For starters, I am neither for nor against these kinds of depictions of characters in Mortal Kombat. But the thread title reads "half naked male ninjas." It should read "half naked crossdressing male ninjas." I don't know why a male character being half naked would have to mean that he'd wear Kitana's outfit, or a halter top, or some laced up teddy looking shit, or thigh length "fuck me" boots. A guy in nothing but short trunks? Sure, that makes sense for a functional half naked guy sort of outfit. Remember Heihachi's Tekken 4 outfit? Naked as you can pretty much get away with. Looked pretty badass too. But that first picture is obviously fishing for an anti-queer knee jerk reaction, or being used as some kind of thinly veiled "why not" queer pride statement.

The intention of this thread clearly got completely buried because the author went entirely the wrong way about making his point. If there really was one. I mean, how do we feel about half naked male characters? Well, as already stated, we already have half naked male characters. So... what was the point of this exercise again? If Rain was suddenly depicted in a purple bikini, of course people wouldn't react positively, it makes no sense for the continuity of his character. If a new male character showed up wearing nothing but short trunks to do battle in, nobody would even give a shit.

See, that's the problem with thread topics such as this. And it's a shame to say that we've all gotten sucked into what someone wanted and I'm pretty sure this thread will get closed soon unless it's given a second chance by the mods.

Any kind of topic that has something to do with people being gay, mostly when it's about the men not the women, no one can tolerate its topic. You have people who want to share their "opinions," and only think it's an opinion, when in reality, it's a hate speech.

When someone whips out at them, claiming that their rude and disrespectful, they'll complain that they're getting attacked when they don't understand that they did the attacking first.

Then you get idiots such as this guy who wants to start claiming that everything is an issue, starts being annoying to other users, and saying things that would get everyone to laugh in their seats.

We fall into their trap every time and say shit to them, even though at times we cannot help it because we gotta say something, we do this all the time. I don't know, I find funness until it gets boring and want to go back on topic such as right now.
