i wasnt trying to start shit, i was just stating my opinion. main reason i was disappointed is because it just looks tedious and unfocused to me. kinda like assassins creed 2 & BH where the game had me doing everything BUT assassinating ppl, which is what i bought the game to do. but its cool, everybody has their own mind.

It just looks like he's got silver going on in his costume and his eye color looks blue instead of green, I guess I'm wrong. He looks like Cyrax as well, no doubt.

The Cyrax/Robo-Smoke argument is getting annoying. It's Cyrax. And people keep referring to the "Bridge" as the "Waterfront". It's the Bridge.

Yeah it's been discussed that te nay have purposely put it in black and white to play tricks in us haha.

It's not the same, as this is a seperate mode. You can just choose not to play that mode and just play Arcade/Story/Tag Team mode if you simply wish to fight.

I bet you tomorrow they reveal human smoke. That's the only thing that could possibly top this.

MvC3 is a joke compared to this game.

So many great things revealed. I'm hoping and praying you can use these modifiers in versus mode when playing with friends. Also I can finally put my worries of Baraka being in the game to bed :D , Not that I ever had any real worries *cough* *cough* Also glad to see all the variations of "Test Your" make a return and the inclusions of new ones. On a final note is it April 19th yet?

This is not the game. This is a separate game mode focused on amusing and increasingly difficult challenges to the player. Of course it is going to come across as tedious and unfocused if this isn't something you're interested in.

Not really....Just because MvC3 is lacking content doesn't mean it doesn't have a great fighting engine. Also the content for MvC3 is slowly being added via free DLC hence Shadow Mode. So before you hate on MvC3 spend more time with the game and look at what's being added for it.

None the less I'm still much more excited for MK than I was for MvC3

yeah, i know. but the guy was talking about unlocking something "special" and im usually insanely driven to unlock everything and its gonna drive me nuts if i try to to ignore the mode. ill get it done regardless. ill just have to trim my goatee so i cant get a hand hold on it, keep me from ripping it out.

I think this may be the first thing about this game that has really impressed me.

Seems like an awesome way to mix up gameplay. This is the kind of content I wanted to see. Stuff that is an extension of the core fighting game, rather than some tacky side feature like Motor Kombat.

Hopefully some of the Test Your Luck stuff will be available as Kombat Kodes for the regular multiplayer game. Or just have it available as its own multiplayer mode.

I'm loving all the silly stuff. Headless rainbow kombat.

On a side note, Stryker's hat officially looks horrible.

I kept flip-flopping on whether to pre-order this game.

This solidifies it. This game deserves a pre-order. Incredibly-looking gameplay, a deep story mode, tons of unlockables, new gameplay modes, a robust challenge tower...

I was complaining just the other day about how bare-bones Marvel vs Capcom 3 is. That's a game that's the BARE MINIMUM from what we should expect... and then Mortal Kombat swoops in and goes "Oh, you want more content? Bam! 300 challenge modes. Get to it."

Beyond that, we get our first glimpse of Baraka, Shao Kahn in combat, Shang Tsung confirmed as playable, the classic costumes in play, several new stages (Waterfront, Pit) and variations of them, token MK humor, and so much more!

I am unbelievably excited for this game. I want it. Now.
