WOW. I really thought that was CYBER SMOKE in the tower. His challenge is called "The Hard Way." I had to stop the video and watch it again. That "gray Cyrax"/Smoke picture shows up at two different times in the entire video... I really hope it's Smoke.

Seeing Baraka was tight. Kano's X-Ray looks absolutely devastating.

I'm also impressed by the little things like when Kano defeats Jax in the first round he spits on them and Kano's fatality.

I'm completely stoked about this game!!! everything was amazing! im sure that stunt man was just challenge tower related. if u notice he has the exact same stance as jax. @redvirtue: thats definetly not cyber smoke in the tower. at first look i thought the same, but if u notice, the head(face),shoulders, and chest are the exact same as cyrax's. the only difference is hes all gray. My guess is hes either all steel in that mission(titled the hard way) or hes some kind of zombie(notice the zombie versions have basicly just turned the skin grey, with the exception of goro) guess thats all i gotta say. cant wait till april 19th, maybe ill c some of you guys online.

oh, and the guy interviewing boon seemed like he didnt really wanna b there and the questions he ask were stuff we already knew. um...now thats all. l8r pplz!!!!!

Such a great week. Damn the wait is getting unbearable.

Kano is getting the bad ass treatment. Considering the wimp he was made out to be in MK vs DC, this is a nice change of pace. The heart rip is awesome. I nearly stood up and cheered when he spat on jax before the next round started(great attention to detail).

Challenge tower looks to be cool as hell. Can't wait to lose touch with reality trying to unlock the big surprise.

Jax' ground pound...looks like it could be loosened up. Honestly, I rarely play as the character, and will be sublimely happy the a.i. can't spam it, but it looks like you have to have it perfectly centered before it will even register.

Rain's confirmation(of non existence) honestly doesn't bother me. He didn't really have much of an identity until Armageddon to begin with.

Ermac looks beast. Telekinetic abilities look amped up, his overall look is great(not much of a change from his deception look, but that look kicked ass to begin with). He looks to be quite fun.

Subway fatality is still awesome.

Stages keep stealing my attention. Amazing work.

Kratos sounds awesome. Happy to hear the blades of chaos are special attacks, and not just used for general kombat. Hopefully we get more details(or maybe some gameplay) when the interview with Boon and Stig(director of GOW3) is released.

As for the double freeze controversy, I like this solution better to be honest. BUT, I think the damage came from the character falling down after the unfreeze, leading me to believe that it may not do damage if you're simply standing and get double freezed. I could be wrong on that(I'll be playing around with that when the demo gets released).

If the descriptors Boon used to describe story mode are any indication, it's going to be....EPIC!

I agree with most people who are pleased with Kano. The criminal got perfect treatment.

The guy is a badass again. His dirty style, nasty toughness, and wicked attitude really make him stand out as one of those kinds of people you just want to get away from and flee asap.

He's such an evil rude badass in this game. I'm so ready to punish him already.

Did you guys notice the new posters in the Subway system? They've replaced MKSM Kitana with a new OIA render/logo. This time it doesn't feature Sonya like it did in MKA.

Kano is so cool and evil in this game, I really adore him much more than before, I never hated the character or anything and always liked him with his knives, but this game takes Kano to the next level and so also into my favorite characters list.

Ermac is a freaking beast, his special moves are perfect (except for the teleport, but even that move didn't really botherd me this time around)

Noob looked fun again, but the quality of the movie was rot for me, I couldn't see shit, his intro is freaking hot!

Sonya's new special move is so gracious! That rainbow-formed kick rocks, my favorite move for her! I also really enjoyed the pink kiss, so sweet! I actually hope she doesn't have that Liu Kang kick anymore, this new kick is far FAR better!

Baraka didn't really impress me too bad, he's one of my ultimate favorites, but he's much too friendly looking and too much white, I miss the red highlights on his clothes and liked the later incarnations much better, I really hope his alternate rocks, because people we can't forget about the fucking alternates! I love that!

Jade, Sindel and Stryker shine in absence, I still love them all!

I'm sure the Stuntman, plain tarkatans, shokans, cyborgs and such are all models for that tower, they aren't secrets, they don';t even have special moves they are just for fun in the games, I LOVE IT! IF they are mokaps I would hate that, but i'm sure they are not.

That Grey Cyborg is a non-important cyborg, but I laugh so hard if that is Smoke, than it trutly is the king of copies and cheapness, oh, and having NO RAIN is like having no SUN.

Loving Baraka's gameplay, himself and Kano seem savage but fast paced which is exactly the playstyle I gravitate towards. Something tells me I'll be playing as fighters in this game I never normally played as.
