I know I should only expect to see one character at gamescom, and that character being Kano. It makes sense that the gamepro magazine got hold of which character was going to be revealed by some scheduling issue between NRS and German Gamepro.

BUT I can't help this feeling that we are going to get a reveal comparable to e3, with multiple character's. Anyone else feel this way?

i do i think we will get more then one reveal at gamescom

Hey, you never know how long it takes to create a single character model. Hopefully we get 2 characters at the least, 4 at the most, with one being Kano.

I'm expecting at least 2. GamesCom is Europe's E3, and its a pretty big deal. I kind of expect a stage demo like last time.

If people expect 2 and there is only 1 character announced, and it's probably Kano, you're going to wish you didn't expect more.

Just save yourself the disappointment and don't expect much.

I really really reaaally wish that we see something jaw-dropping. Coz the last few leaks/reveals were a bit underwhelming to me. Less than a week y'all can't wait!grin

yeah i think will have two one of them is kano and gamescom is not evo so you got show more stuff then one thing there

Kano is pretty much a given, and I'd even be okay with someone as blatant as JC. At least all the magazine speculation can be resolved and if that's the case, it should also give us something more on Cassie's story.

Still have stock in Reptile/Ermac, though. Man, how sweet would that be?

It's not about what people think is reasonable. NRS might just only show Kano and nothing more.

I have a strong feeling it's going to be Kano, Liu Kang, Johnny Cage and Sonya at Gamescom. 4 classic MK1 character reveals would be an interesting counterbalance to the 4 brand new characters that were revealed at E3.

People will bitch though.

I hope it will be 2 characters: Kano and a newcomer. And Jungle arena.
Though, realistically it could turn any way, I just hope it's not only Kano. It will be boring as heck.

I think I'll keep my hopes as low as possible- not only with this convention reveal but any future reveals. Better to prepare for pain rather than bare the shame.

I'm only expecting Kano at Games Com. It just makes sense with the German magazine leak.

Anything else is gravy, but I won't expect it.

The more I think about it, the more I believe it's a Kano breakdown video. Along with a new reveal.

I think there will be at least one char reveal that we dont know but there could be like 4 maybe. And i expect to see one or two new stages.

Really hoping Fujin makes it to Mortal Kombat X. He hasn't made a proper debut as a playable character since MKA in 2006, and this new Mortal Kombat will be the perfect opportunity for a komeback. But I'm fairly certain that Kano will be the next reveal at Gamescom. Still, the wind god has a fair chance of reappearing in the franchise.

That is most-likely what it'll be.

I hope we get 2 other reveals along with Kano.

As big as Gamescon sounds, there will be room for more then one reveal.
